A room with a view + Room had a beautiful view with a balcony overlooking the mountains. It was quiet, very clean, large soft comfortable bed. Staff are really friendly and kind. Restaurants and shops on the doorstep.

great views + i love the view here, our stay was suppose to be 2 nights and was cut short due to unforseen circumstances we had to leave after night 1. only a 8 minute walk to sapa station and about 8 minutes to moana sapa. we loved it here and will be back again. − no elevator.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Sapa + One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Sapa! The views from our room were absolutely amazing. It's in a great central location, but still quiet, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. What really made our stay special was the family and staff running the hotel. They were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! − None

Gorgeous view and a comfortable stay + The view from the balcony was amazing! I spent hours out there gazing at the mountains and watching the clouds move across the mountain. The room itself was comfortable, spacious, and very clean, and the staff of the hotel were really helpful. There are also a good number of restaurants within easy walking distance. − The wifi didn't work well, so I mostly hotspotted from my phone when I needed to get online.

The staff is so wonderful! They even give my son gift for it was his birthday and even we stay there just for one night + I like the view. It was so amazing. If you want calm vibe just go to the balcony and sip a cup of coffee. Though at first the smell is a bit odd maybe because of the humidity but after 10-15 mins its gone its all good
