Lovely! + Loved our spacious room and the facilities it came with! − While we were there, the pavements outside our room were being pressure cleaned so we didn’t have easy access to the pool entry on our side. This was a bit inconvenient with a toddler and infant.

Thoroughly enjoyed our swim out pool apartment. + Love our swim out property. − The breakfast was alright. I was expecting more selection for a 5 star resort and for the amount of money we paid. If selection is so so, maybe have more option for ordering ala carte, instead of just ala carte for ordering different types of omelette. Definitely had better buffet breakfast at other 5 stars hotels. I didn’t really like that the rubbish bin has no lid in the bathroom. The hair dryer is broken- not safe to use. The coating on fryer pan is worn off- unsafe to use. We had no house keeping on one of the day. When we called reception to let them know, apparently housekeeping all went home at 4pm.

Not 5 star - disappointing + Surrounds of the property are lovely - the lagoon pool and gardens and restaurant/breakfast area. − Rooms are very run down (NOT 5 star level at all). Sections of the room were dirty and unkempt. It definitely did not feel like staying in 5 star accommodation :(

A nice experience but not a place that I plan to return to. + The size of our three bedroom villa. Access to the front desk, breakfast, pool and transport (albeit pricey transport). − It feels a little dated, the staff weren't overly helpful or professional, the villa wasn't super clean (the floor was dirty and some cushions were stained) , the pool wasn't heated. All of these were expectations given the high price we paid.

Lovely resort, impressive pool lagoon and villas. Definately would come back + Beautiful spacious villas and hugley impressive lagoon pool. Clean accommodation and lovely bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet and room service a little average and limited for a 5 star experience but still pleasant. We would def stay again. − Room service availability was limited being unable to walk to the main town for snacks and room service food in general was quite average and plain for a 5 star resort. Was hoping for more cocktails, mocktails to add to the island getaway experience and fancier food options.
