Club Wyndham presentation needs to be more carefully worded as something to sign up for - did not appreciate being scamm + The pool was nice − The rooms are old and dated, limited facilities in the rooms, images make it look better than it is
-
Phil
A bit cold in the units as no sun entering them. Good location + The pool was warm − Not enough sunshine in the units
-
Louise
Perfect location + Lovely pool and restaurant area. − It is a little run down and in need of an overhaul
-

Lovely well maintained resort 4kms from town. + Beautifully designed around a pond with fish and landscaped gardens. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and restaurant has a great menu. − No fly screens on windows and lacking a table and chairs to sit and eat a meal.

Tropical and picturesque, comfortable rooms, excellent service, great pool with swim up bar and easy access to 4 mile be + Tropical vibe, great customer service, backs into 4 mile beach, rooms clean, and comfortable. − Extra bath towels would have been good, menu diversity eg asian flavours.

Spacious 2bedroom and close beach access. + We had a 2 bedroom unit it was very spacious. Our son loved the pool and the games room was a huge hit. Parking was included and easy. The two bedroom units also has 2 bathrooms which I didn’t realise. − We had an issue with a bathroom sink I phoned twice and it still wasn’t fixed when we checked out after 4 nights. The staff member who welcomed us after reception was quite cold. Rattled through her speel with such speed if English wasn’t our 1st language I would have really struggled. When we did not opt to go to the talk by Wyndham she was even cooler. Couch in living room is not comfortable as it’s a sofa bed

Great location, good size room, great cafe + The staff were friendly, overall the facility was clean , breakfast by the pool, food and coffee from the onsite cafe was delicious. Location was good however a little bit out to the main town − They sit down and run through all the facilities which is lovely however it’s all to get you to listen to an hour long video about whyndam club and time share which felt deceiving- they were quite pushy about watching the video. Mattel’s wasn’t the plush hotel style mattress

Too much salesmanship + Good location. − There was a huge push to sell their time share options. The complementary drink when we arrived was to persuade us to attend a mysterious meeting which would take one hour, and would enable more freebies. We were quite surprised to be asked whether we worked, or were we retired, and if so did we have superannuation. This was quite intrusive. It was all about selling us the place rather than ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious but the furniture not up to scratch, the sofa was shabby and very uncomfortable. Pool looks a lot longer in the photos. Music around the pool was crass and not at all relaxing. Parking was an issue on several nights, and we had to park on the grass verge outside the complex.

+ Beds were comfortable. Room was nice. Loved the heated pool and swim up bar. We had breakfast included which was nice. Access to beach and good amenities provided in rooms. − Swim up bar and pool close very early. Hard to get service at the swim up bar, have to ring the bell a few times to be served. The time share pitch is silly. We said we were not interested early on and the worker got up and walked off very mad. The line for room service does not work and neither does their website so we had a lot of issues trying to put in an order for room service at dinner. Limited options at breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. We thought it would be a buffet breakfast but its not. You get a 25 dollar credit limit for breakfast instead to choose off their menu. No microwave in room. Having said this, we did enjoy our stay though.

+ Onsite restaurant − No rooms had any railings by the toilet or in the shower : (
