+ Ich musste wegen eines gecanceltn Fluges spontan ein Hotel Buchen. Daher war der Aufenthalt nur kurz. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich ein late checkout um 17:00 war ohne Aufpreis kein Problem. Es ist ein sehr nettes Boutique Hotel, mit großartigem ala Carte Frühstück das man unter anderem in einem sehr netten Innenhof genießen kann.

Not worth the money + The wet towels and coconut water as welcome. Late check out. − We chose this hotel because we wanted something close to the airport for our last night before our flight. The “beach” they offer is actually a small pool by the port, with a bad smell and dirty water—very different from the rest of DR. They offer a shuttle service to the beach, so we booked a pickup at a specific time since we had to check out and head to the airport. However, they forgot to pick us up, and we waited for over 40 minutes. What was even more disappointing was that they didn’t seem to consider it a significant issue. Later, we asked for a short ride back to the beach area to meet our Uber (Uber drivers cannot enter the hotel area, and the hotel taxi was more than twice the price). Although the receptionist had provided the same service to us in the morning and to other guests just a few minutes before, he told us is was not possible and suggested we walk 30 minutes in the sun with our l…

Nos robaron 5.160 € y 1.600 USD durante nuestra estancia. Mucho cuidado − ‼️NOS ROBARON 5160 EUROS Y 1600 DÓLARES‼️NO VENGAN A ESTE HOTEL‼️ ‼️PELIGRO-LADRONES EN EL HOTEL‼️ Si aprecian su dinero, su seguridad y su tranquilidad, NUNCA reserven en este lugar. Nos robaron una enorme suma de dinero directamente de dos habitaciones diferentes: De la primera habitación se llevaron 4560 euros. De la segunda habitación se llevaron 600 euros y 1600 dólares. Revisaron nuestras pertenencias privadas y sacaron el dinero de una mochila, un bolso y una maleta. Registraron todo con total impunidad mientras no estábamos! Lo más indignante fue la actitud de la propiedad y la desinformación de la administración: Al principio nos dijeron que tenían cámaras de seguridad funcionando tanto en el jardín como en la recepción. Después admitieron la verdad: no hay ninguna cámara en el jardín y la única cámara de la recepción! NI SIQUIERA ESTÁ GRABANDO! Todo es un engaño para dar una falsa sensación de segurida…

Fantastisch, erg fijn + Het was een prachtige plek in een hele mooie buurt “cap cana”, het personeel was heel vriendelijk en is bereid veel voor je te doen. Ook was het schoon en het eten was goed :) − In punta cana zit je wat meer in de stad, dit is nog opbouwend en nog niet mega druk.

Très bon séjour à Cap Cana + Très bel hôtel situé dans une immense résidence touristique qui fonctionne presque comme une petite ville, avec restaurants, commerces et de nombreux services à proximité. L’hôtel est vraiment très agréable, belle déco; avec un excellent petit-déjeuner et un service impeccable. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité de l’accueil et le professionnalisme du personnel ; j’ai même eu la bonne surprise de rencontrer des personnes parlant français. Bravo à toute l’équipe pour la qualité du service. − Le seul petit point négatif a été le bruit de la climatisation, que j’ai trouvé un peu gênant. À part cela, tout s’est très bien passé. Petit conseil pratique également : si vous venez en taxi ou en Uber, pensez à vérifier que le chauffeur peut entrer dans la résidence. Tous ne sont pas autorisés à y accéder, et certains peuvent donc devoir vous déposer à l’entrée. C’est simplement bon à savoir pour éviter les mauvaises surprises.

Personal super afables. − Las habitaciones que dicen tener terrazas son pasillos integrados al patio de las instalaciones, es mejor no cobrarlos extras como si son un plus, podrían dejar una media de la diferencia en dinero y no decir que esto hace alguna diferencia.

La nueva zona de la Marina de Cap Cana + El hotel es una pequeña joya situada en una marina. Las habitaciones están limpias, son espaciosas y cuentan con todas las comodidades. El desayuno se sirve a la carta en el encantador jardín interior. Tuvimos una experiencia de check in excelente con Dereck, quien también nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estancia. Fue amable y profesional, y se lo agradecemos mucho. − La pequeña zona portuaria no tiene playa y, lamentablemente, el único lugar apto para nadar estaba lleno de algas
