+ VIP treatment starting from the door of the plane is exceptional. At every moment throughout our stay the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff was ready and able to assist us with anything we needed. Our beachfront room was comfortable and well appointed, and the on resort amenities more than we could take advantage of in our four day stay. A perfect getaway!

Wohlfühlen und Entspannung + Tolle Villa am Strand mit freiem Blick auf das Meer. Sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Man bekommt auch zwei Fahrräder und einen Golf Cart (das ist genial um im ganzen Resort herum zu fahren). Die Tischtennis Platte hat uns jeden Tag zu einem Spiel eingeladen. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist der Service und das Personal. Alle unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Embajadores Team unterstützt bei allen Wünschen und man kann sich darauf verlassen, dass alles reibungslos läuft. Fantastisch! Man fühlt sich absolut willkommen und wohl. Das Essen in den verschiedenen Restaurants im Resort ist sehr lecker und man hat eine große Auswahl. Und besonders hervorzuheben ist der VIP Service am Flughafen. Dieser macht die Ein- und Ausreise super einfach und vor allem schnell (vorbei an allen langen Schlangen). Tortuga Bay ist absolut empfehlenswert! − Nichts

Su ud quiere un descanso total en un lugar paradisiaco, Tortuga Bay es el lugar indicado + Poca gente, tranquilidad, amabilidad del personal, la belleza del lugar y la calidad de las instalaciones. − Deberia existir un servicio todo incluido o al menos que el desayuno sea todo incluido. Podrian haber màs actividades sociales para los adultos, ya sea en los restaurantes o bares, para que haya algo mas de interaccion entre los pasajeros. Y durante el dia, ofrecer algunas actividades de deportivas.

+ El servicio, la amabilidad del personal − El precio. A pesar de ser costoso, nada es gratis. Salvo el agua. Ni siquiera los snacks. El restaurante Bamboo, es bueno, pero con una carta muy resumida. Hay mejores restaurantes en RD con mejor relación calidad-precio; incluso, internacionales -en otros países- con estrellas Michelin y con precios muy inferiores. La playa estaba en muy mal estado. Pocas amenidades.

A fabulous, unforgettable hotel in a stunning location, only minor details from a 10/10 + An unbelievable hotel, everything is thought of down to the tiniest details. The staff are incredibly kind and nothing is too much, the food is also very good generally. The beach is obviously beautiful and we found our room super comfortable and well appointed. − A couple of small details that annoyed us given the price - staff who come into your room without knocking being one! Not ok. Also miscommunication between teams, for example we arrived late and told our ambassador we were going to have room service and go to bed. About 2 hours later someone came at 21.30 offering a turn down service and woke me up! Small things, just a bit annoying.

Endroit exceptionnel mais un service très en deçà de l attendu pour une structure de cette catégorie + Emplacement exceptionnel : plage magnifique, jardins, piscine, golf . Peu de monde. Mise à disposition de vélos et d une voiturette de golf pour accéder aux différents sites du Punta cana ressort Option pour vous accompagner à l aéroport et bénéficier d un accès rapide pour passer les contrôles de sécurité . Suite très grande et très joliment décorée , matériaux de qualité, grande terrasse avec transats, plateau de courtoisie , eau à disposition − Notre suite avec vue océan n avait pas de vue océan … Le personnel dit toujours oui avec un grand sourire mais il ne se passe rien. Nous arrivons plus d une heure avant l’heure de Check-in officiel et avec achat de l option check in avancé : on nous dit que la chambre est prête mais on nous fait attendre jusqu’à l heure du Check in officiel (16h) ; nous n’avions pas d eau chaude dans la chambre et nous n en avons pas eu pendant tout le s…

Depaysant et relaxant + Velo et voiturette Les sourires du personnel Le lieu très apaisant : jardins/plages Le service vip aeroport a l arrivée et au depart Le lieu autour de la piscine − Le rapport qualite prix La météo en saison sèche La prestation pour visiter un parc avec des singes et l ile de catalina: 4hr de transports avec changement bus et arrêts pour sortie parc singe et 7hr ! De transports pour l ile entre bus et bateau en mauvais état. Le bruit de la climatisation Le prix des restaurants beaucoup trop chers La lenteur du service pour ce type d etablissement Les logements doivent être rénovés et les terrasses des 2em étages avec 1 chambre aussi. Terrasse à couvrir au moins partiellement car y compris en saison sèche il pleut tous les jours.

We would definitely stay again. It was a wonderful experience. + It was very relaxing and we were pampered. The staff were all wonderful. − There were some issues with the second room's lighting. The lamps were not connected to the main bedroom switch and there was a power knob missing from one of the lamps preventing manual operation.
