Average + The negative part is that the beach is not at the resort you need to drive 10 minutes. No lifeguard on the pool and pool closes at 7pm. Bar close at 11PM. Staff very friendly and hospitable, many shows for the family to enjoy at night. Casino in the area was poor.

Love Dairis!! + TAN resort could use some improvements, but overall a good experience with our family. Just not a lot of things to do - pool and billiards. However, Dairis was AMAZING. So friendly, fun, and helpful. I looked forward to seeing her every day!

Scammers, will sell you time shares + Got scammed by this hotel offered cheap excursion just to attend their presentation of time share (which they don’t want to admit it). One of the excursion did not pick us up. Ruined our vacation

Warning of a SCAM + WARNING of a scam. I am not one to put a bad review. I am all for acknowledging great service and giving credit where it’s due. We have travelled to about 40 countries and it’s our first time in the Dominican Republic. Upon grabbing our luggages at the airport, we were ushered to a desk. This gentleman said he works for the government and that they are promoting this TAN Resorts Marina Cap Cana. If we agree to visit the property, we will be given free breakfast and tour of the place and discount on our chosen excursions. He assured us it’s not selling time share. The first excursion was to Saona Island. The most disorganized experience. After being picked up at the hotel and dropped off at a meeting point, the tour guide (smelt like alcohol) said it will take 20 minutes for the ride to arrive. 45 minutes later, we see the newly dropped off group being ushered to a mini van and I asked what about us. Excellent service + My stay was very good; the food, the drinks, everything was great. I had an extraordinary vacation. I loved being here. I also want to highlight Dairis, the entertainment girl; she made my days very fun. I also enjoyed the Dominican show, the pool—it's very peaceful—and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Bad + I'd like to express my concern about the rude and unprofessional behavior I experienced from Rosemari during my stay at Tan Resorts. She doesn't seem to speak good english, she does not care about the customer's issues, she looks like she doesn't love her job. I felt that I was treated disrespectfully and spoken to in an inappropriate manner just because I was trying to get some problems fixed in my room. I understand that employees may have difficult or stressful days, but clients should still be treated with courtesy and professionalism.

Good + Dairis we had amazing fun! The staff the leader entertainment was always on Point the shows the games! Very great service! My husband and Ihave a lot of fun. Fantastic Vacation Choice + This was our second time returning to the resort. We enjoyed the pool, activities and shows. The staff are very friendly and engaging... some of our favorites are Dairis, Yaribel. The all inclusive does not disappoint. Our room was beautiful overlooking the pool. Will definitely be back.

Paradise + The resort is amazing!! The staff is so friendly and the food is delicious . The pool is very clean . Dairis y Luisa is an amazing teacher. I learned bachata in an hour . It was so much fun that you forget what day it is. I recommend this resort to anyone who needs relaxation and a place to call home while on vacation. The service is outstanding!!!!

My experience + It is not a place for young people. Don't have much to do it is for someone who is just wanting to relax. There is a complimentary ride from airport but you have to pay to go back I . It's really boring unless you Uber to somewhere else. I don't think I would come back to this resort

Wonderful time! A+++ + We had such a wonderful experience at TANs Resort! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and service made our stay feel extra special. A huge thank you to Dairis, Luisa, Jorge from the lobby bar, Emmanuel, Felix, and Yaribel. Each of you went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of throughout our stay. Your kindness, attentiveness, and wonderful personalities truly stood out. The resort itself was beautiful and relaxing, and the staff truly made our vacation memorable. There are, however, a couple of areas that I feel could make the experience even better. The rooms could definitely use some renovations and updating to give them a more modern and refreshed feel. I also would have loved to see more live music and more Dominican music around the pool area.
