Wohlfühl-Oase im Paradies + Obwohl das Hotel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, wirkt die Anlage sehr gepflegt und die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst motiviert. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und lecker zubereitet. Die Lage ist nahezu perfekt. Nur wenige Meter zum Traumstrand von Trou aux Biches. Supermarkt und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Obwohl wir nun schon zum zweiten Mal, wenn auch nur für wenige Tage, hier zu Gast waren, werden wir wieder kommen. Man fühlt sich halt wohl und genießt den freundlichen Flair und die Kompetenz der Resort-Leitung. Respekt und vielen Dank Jens & Denise

+ Très bien placé par rapport aux commerces et à la plage. Personnel très sympathique. Literie à revoir, trop ancienne. Grosse déception sur la demie pension. Les boissons (surtout l'eau) n'étaient pas comprises le soir durant le repas. Cela n'a jamais été indiqué lors de notre réservation. C'est la première fois que nous voyons cela dans un hôtel, d'habitude il y a au moins l'eau de comprise dans le repas. Le SPA était trop cher.

+ Tres bonne établissement tres bonnes equipes Personnels attentif et serviable seul probleme il travail avec un prestataire vavav voum pour les escurtoons au dauphins et pour visiter les iles du nord qui est un escroc il nous a pas rendu la monnaie sur la prestation voici son numéro de tel attention a lui .57051567 et le deuxième 55161366 .

There’s a lot of hard work to do + Location and pools − Furniture is dated We had an issue with water - hopefully it was once off. Beds are hard You have to wait hours for towels Breakfast was poor so much so we decided to give it a miss

Vacation at Le Palmiste + Everything was perfect, our stay in le palmiste hotel with my wife was amazing, room, food, bar, pool, evening shows, aqua gym, we just loved it :) . And special thanks to le palmiste hotel staff, absolutely amazing, everybody extremely kind, nice and extremely helpful. Special thanks to my football friend from le palmiste. I hope we will come again, René (Liverpool fan) and Hana. 🥰🇲🇺 Absolutely enjoyed our vacation, recommend this hotel to everyone. − nothing negative about this hotel

Maleducazione e Shock + La struttura non era male, la wi-fi andava bene. L’opzione a buffet riusciva a darci più alternative. La signora del check-in era molto cordiale e disponibile. − La Pulizia lascia MOLTO a desiderare, lo staff serale era impreparato sulle escursioni. Non esiste rispetto per l’ospite e questa è stata la nostra esperienza: avendo prenotato la mezza pensione, la prima sera ci addentriamo nel ristorante, dove in modo poco chiaro ci viene chiesto cosa dovessimo pagare. A fine cena arrivano con lo scontrino per TUTTO il buffet, ci eravamo capiti male quindi il cibo era incluso e le bevande no (cosa che Booking dovrebbe scrivere). A quel punto spieghiamo la situazione alla reception, ci viene detto che nella mezza pensione le bevande non erano incluse e che volendo potevamo prenderle da qualche market. La terza sera decidiamo di portarci con noi una bottiglia d’acqua e una bottiglia di thè.. non l’avessimo mai fatto. Il primo cameriere ci dice che non era possibile por…
