Well situated and 5 mins from beach. + The rooms are fully equipped, with AC and Wifi facilities, and a quiet place. The staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to greet you. You have all the facilities nearby, which is really easy.

Super godt sted for os. + Dejlig velfungerende lejlighed, med en god seng. Tæt på strand, spisesteder og butikker. Lidt trafikstøj men roligt om natten. Personalet meget venlige, imødekommende og hjælpsomme.

Hinta/laatu ihan kohdallaan. + Huoneen parisänky oli todella hyvä ja ilmastointi ei puhaltanut suoraan siihen joten oli todella hyvä nukkua. Asunto oli aivan tien vieressä mutta kadun äänet eivät haitanneet nukkumista ollenkaan. Asunnossa oli iso suihkukaappi ja veden paine ja sen säätö oli todella hyvä, aivan kuin olisi Suomalaisella Oraksella suihkutellut. Kylpyhuoneen lavuaarin ympärillä runsaasti laskutilaa joka usein tällaisissa asunnoissa on puutteena. − Jalkapohjat oli koko ajan mustana vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Saippuavedellä tuoksuttaminen ainoastaan tasoittaa likaa ja tekee lattian liukkaaksi. Huoneissa, porraskäytävissä ja talon ympärillä oli laatoitus joka vaarallisen liukas märkänä. Talossa oli oma uima-allas jonka vesi seisoi eikä siinä tainnut olla puhdistusta ollenkaan. Altaalla ei myöskään ollut suihkua joten jo senkin takia tehokas veden puhdistus/kierrätys olisi tarpeellinen. Huoneen oven lukko ja ilmastointi hajosi mutta niiden korjaus tapahtui tosi nopeasti…

+ Duży pokój z widokiem na morze, blisko plaży. − Byliśmy 2 noce, w pierwszym dniu nie było wody w całym hotelu. Potem uruchomili toalety, ale o prysznicu można było zapomnieć. Było to szczególnie słabe, bo byliśmy po 24 h w podróży i marzyliśmy o prysznicu.

+ Рядом с морем, много магазинов и кафе рядом. Очень комфортная кровать. Есть парковка. − При заселении пол был грязным, пришлось помыть самим. На балконе пол не мыли ни разу за время нашего пребывания (6 дней). Есть кухня, но нет средств для мытья посуды. Посуду моет персонал, но это не всегда удобно, иногда нужно что-то помыть, чтобы еще раз использовать.

Exceptional hospitality from a manager who truly cares + stayed at Potosi Residence during a trip to Mauritius for my son’s open water swimming competition, and it turned out to be one of the best parts of the trip. The residence itself was clean, comfortable, and well located, but what truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the manager, Farhaan. From the moment we arrived, Farhaan went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was attentive without being intrusive, quick to respond to every request, and genuinely invested in making sure we had everything we needed. With a tight competition schedule and early mornings, his flexibility and willingness to help with local recommendations, logistics, and small details made a real difference for us. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such warmth and sincerity.
