Stay was really good but facilities could have been better + The place is beautiful, rooms are good and spacious − There was no room boy to pick up your luggage, you have to do it yourself. As we went on a weekend they said room cleaning won’t be available and towels will be changed alternative days, no 24/7 assistance as its some studio apartment. Taking deposit of €100 which I felt is a bit too much and makes no sense.

Très bon emplacement + Excellent emplacement près des plages et des arrêt de bus et certains restaurants − Équipement : oreiller très peu confortable, rideau décroché dans la chambre qui n a pas été remis de la semaine Petit déjeuner limiter a juste un croissant pain au chocolat morceau de pain et le reste était du supplément payant comme des fruits

bien + la localisation, les chambres étaient propores (j'en ai eu 2 suite à un problème d'éléctricité après avoir essayé d'utiliser la bouilloire). l'équipe réception du soir a été très proactive ce jour là. les équipements : grande douche et lit confortable, micro-ondes, plaques, frigo, bouilloire et même un grille-pain − ma nouvelle chambre était beaucoup plus agréable et pratique. la première manquait de décoration, ne se fermait pas de l'intérieur (alors que j'occupais le logement en tant que femme seule). je pensais que c'était le cas de tous les logements jusqu'à ce que j'ai une nouvelle chambre. la deuxième chambre avait plus d'étagères pour le rangement, par exemple dans la salle de bain, le miroir ou même dans la douche permettaient d'y mettre des affaires. les tables de chevet étaient dotées de lampes. les jus de fruits d'arrivée étaient dotés de pailles. plein de petits détails comme ceci qui rendent le séjour plus confortable. une lumière ne marchait pas dans la salle de …

+ The location was fine − The hotel policy did not state any requirement for a bond. Being asked to pay Rs 15,000 upon arrival was unexpected, unfair, and unprofessional. This should have been clearly communicated prior to arrival. Secondly, the dinner was advertised as a buffet, yet guests were given a set course menu instead. Several family members have food allergies, and despite informing your staff, no alternative options were provided. This is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of your advertised standard. When my sister asked in person, she was told that one room would be allocated for late checkout, which we appreciated. However, she was then instructed by the receptionist not to make noise and to stay only on one side of the pool. This behaviour was extremely unprofessional and made my family feel singled out, disrespect, and unwelcome. Overall, the experience was disgraceful, overpriced, and disrespectful. I have never encountered such poor service in Mauritius.…

Livello di pulizia indecente e serio problema con piccioni e cacche di piccioni + La posizione molto vicina ad una bella spiaggia e ai vicini ristoranti locali. Il router Wi-Fi direttamente presente nella camera − Livelli di pulizia scadente . - abbiamo dovuto cambiare camera appena arrivati perché nella dispensa dei bicchieri e dei piatti abbiamo trovato centinaia di formiche e dietro al water del bagno c’era un mucchio di peli neri e capelli (camera consegnata appena pulita che odorava ancora di varechina) - Nuova camera consegnata: Balcone pieno di cacca di piccione con nido di piccione sopra alla tettoia. Puliscono le camere a giorni alterni senza minimamente preoccuparsi di pulire il balcone. Qualora noi o nostra figlia di 4 anni riscontrassimo toxoplasmosi al rientro provvederò a farli contattare dal nostro legale per richiedere i danni. - Bagno grande pulito male, capelli nella doccia e sotto al mobile del lavandino. Absolutely loved our time there and can’t wait to go back + The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was great, and our units were lightly cleaned daily besides on Sunday. Staff helped us carry our bags upstairs when we arrived. − The calamari was chewy, the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, but we didn’t mind. We had to buy air freshener and dish washing liquid. Beach towels only replaced after 4 days but we were told that upon arrival.

Nice location stay to where we wanted to go out to everyday. + Location − Bad rotten smell in room when we arrived and found unwashed pot under sink. Cleaned pot and ventilated room. Thereafter smell was gone.

+ Strattura completa di tutto, camere abbastanza pulite ma puzzava di cibo, cosa dovuta al mangiate tipico che cucinano li. Molto vicino alla spiaggia, un grosso parcheggio privato ,tutto a portata di mano. Lo staff è stato gentile e rapido.
