Un buen lugar en Punta Cana + Los jardines son hermosos, la habitación cómoda y muy bonita. Los bifet muy ricos y variados. − Extendí una noche y me llamaron a las 10:45 pm para preguntarme si estaba en el alojamiento, no entendí, falta de comunicación entre ellos pues había avisado en recepción que me quedaría otra noche

En general muy bueno + La atención del personal y la ubicación de mi habitación. Comida de los restaurantes exquisita. El área de niños y la piscina de esa área son geniales. El camino ecológico es bello y tiene patos y otras aves, iguanas, peces y tortugas. Tiene un lago con muchos patos − El buffet necesita más variedad y más sabor. Todos los días lo mismo. Solo variaba como dos platos

Food not great never again Not great Upset stomach and I was not the only one + Lovely surroundings,great staff clean rooms − Food terrible fish not on ice cold me in the warm cakes melting.Resturants small portions and not very nice sent food back waiter not very happy but not eating tough food.Anyway due to the food I was ill and medical bill was 530 dollars.Management dont want to know and are dismissive.

The all-inclusive resorts were literally a 10-minute Uber ride away from some of the best nightclubs in the DR + The all-inclusive resort was very nice, with top-tier service. Highly recommended for anyone ready for a nice vacation. − I love everything about the all-inclusive resorts.

Awful experience! + The rooms were very clean, the housekeeping was excellent, they were very attentive The room we were in was close to all the amenities. The complex transport was good for getting around. The gardens are beautiful and the animals are lovely to see when walking around. The American Sports Bar, was the only place where we felt it was safe to eat, and the staff were friendly and attentive there. − The food was awful even in the restaurants that you have to book. All of the family ended up ill. The food that was supposed to be chilled was not, such as the fish, cold meats and salads. Had to go to the onsite doctor for stomach issues. The buffet area is not air conditioned, it is mostly open air and it was too hot to eat in there, this needs updating as you cannot sit there comfortably and eat. The other restaurants are air conditioned. Complained about this but the reception staff didn't seem interested at all. The service in the restaurants you have to book was awful…
