Buena + Todo muy organizado, limpio. − No me gustó que falta mucha entrega de información cuando se solicitaba o preguntaba por algo no era clara la información, el acceso a internet fue pésimo se colapsaba muchísimo, en cuanto al acceso de Netflix no fue posible en la estadía aunque previamente se solicitó a información para que se facilitara el acceso y aún así no fue posible, falta de compartir información sobre los locaciones y los restaurantes.

+ El hotel está hermoso!! Pero las últimas 2 noches el aire acondicionado no funcionaba!!! Y el calor de punta cana está muy fuerte!! Noches sin dormir! Y los restaurantes cerrados gracias al aire acondicionado! Solo un restaurante abierto!!

Rooms were really nice and a great price but most staff had an attitude + The rooms were really great for the price! − But most (not all) staff members had an attitude and when you dont tip (because of their attitude) the attitude worsens.

I’m highly disappointed with housekeeping and the staff members being theifs! + It was an older property and/or resort and they tried their best to keep it up or clean. But overall I’m still highly disappointed with how I was treated here! I will book with another resort! − I believe one of the housekeepers stole my Lululemon 2-piece purple set out of my room. The set never left the resort and I had to swap rooms 3 times due to the A/C system in my room not working or ventilating properly. Also, when I expressed my concerns about my set that mysteriously was not turned into lost in and found by housekeeping. The staff did not really care to actually investigate it. I literally did not have clothes to fly back to airport with to the states! I do not appreciate this at all! That set meant a lot to me and it was a gift! I feel like I deserve a REFUND!!!!!!!

Mixed feelings. Staff, food and the pool were great! However the higiene wasn't good. + Staff, Food, Pool − The Rooms (we tried 2) are not well cleaned, only superficially, same for towels and bedlinen. Mold is visible in the sofa. Many things in the room are rusted (lamps, bathroom sink, etc). But the worse aspect was the humidity coming out of the air conditioner, which can't possibly be healthy.

Déçus, mal accueilli, cher, mauvaise nourriture, coin enfant payant, animaux maltraité + .. − Manque de respect aux clients, aux animaux qu’ils ont dans l’hôtel, comme l’enclos des lapins .. Queue au buffet, les cocktails affreux, les restaurants c’est la même nourriture que leur buffet. Musique trop forte, coins enfant payant.
