Gran hotel, la gente muy amable, hay actividades todos los dias y para todos los gustos y edades. + Muy bonito el hotel, la comida muy buena aunque bastante llenos los restaurantes. Vale la pena tomar las habitaciones privilege para tener mas confort. Tienes un mayordomo que se encarga de todas tus reservas y de resolver todas tus dudas. La zona de playa exclusiva para privilege es espectacular. Tiene bar privado y servicio de toallas para no andar cargandolas. Hay transporte en carrito a traves de las diferentes zonas del hotel, eso me parecio muy bueno ya que viajabamos con mi hija que tiene una discapacidad fisica. − Se me quedo el telefono movil dentro de una toalla en la playa y se lo robaron. Aunque con el rastreo vimos que lo llevaron a la zona de lavanderia y abrimos un caso con seguridad, al dia del check out nos dijeron que no habian visto nada en las camaras.

Beautiful Resort, but the Overall Experience Fell Short + The resort itself is lovely, but unfortunately our overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. We are very easy-going travellers and always enjoy getting involved with entertainment and embracing the atmosphere wherever we go. However, we found the entertainment here was very heavily focused towards Puerto Rican/Spanish-speaking guests. We tried several times to get involved, but unfortunately felt there was very little interest from the entertainment team in including or engaging with us. We certainly don't expect everything to be geared towards British guests when travelling abroad, but we did expect to feel included. Service was also inconsistent. On three separate days we waited a considerable amount of time just to be served water in the buffet restaurant. We also had a towel stolen from our sunbed. We completely understand that the hotel can't guarantee that a missing item will be found, but after filling in a repo…

Great family holiday + We had a fabulous 2 week holiday at this hotel, after reading mixed reviews and being slightly anxious we was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is clean, comfortable and the staff are friendly. The rooms are spacious, the mini bar is stocked daily but not fully! Generally just water is added and sometimes 1 or 2 bottles of drink or cans of beer. There are 2 restaurants that you have to make reservations for and we were not lucky enough to get a reasonable time for dinner even thou we went on at booking opening time 7.30am! It is worth noting that the other special restaurants like Italian/ American diner are not open every day but this info is provided at check in. I don’t understand how anyone had issues getting a lounger as we were able to without any issue any time of day! Good experience + We were a group of 8 and stayed for one week at Ocean Blue. The service was okay, food and drinks were good the buffet had a lot of choices and the quality was good, there was a food truck right by the pool that had very good food as well along with an ice cream machine at the bar. The drinks were not watered down and there was plenty of choices for alcohol. The entertainment was very good and they constantly had music and games by the pool. Mikes Coffee had a lot of choices and good coffee! Overall would return here again very good vacation.

Would not return again. + Book in was simple. Room was as described on brochure. Staff very friendly especially Tomas our concierge who was outstanding and nothing was out off reach for him and thank you Tomas for all your help with our grandson. Food. Well mostly ok but the Mexican was a joke/bland/horrible/tasteless(we walked out). Villa marina was ace except at night which was a horrible experience as the staff gave off the opinion of not wanting to be there and the food at night was horrible . The other food restaurants were ok. Pool. Great place to relax BUT the sunbeds on the privilege section and the tables were never once cleaned on our stay. Night and day glasses and plates were left all around the pool(discarded)which did not give off a nice look. People were allowed to SMOKE/EATand DRINK in the pool which looked horrible and when I went to reception to complain I was brushed off. Totally unfair on the paying tourist(my family) All in all we made some nice friends on this tr…

Es un lugar muy bonito para el descanso y disfrutar de todos los servicios del hotel. + La comida muy rica y variada, el personal muy amable. − Falta un poco de limpieza al lado de la playa ya que hay muchas algas.

Gran lugar con muchas actividades para huéspedes + La piscina es muy amplia y el hotel tiene muchas actividades. La comida es muy variada y deliciosa. Thomas, nuestro Concierge asignado, fue increíble! − En los restaurantes de especialidades (no el buffet), el servicio no es amable. Las personas que atienden no tienen un trato agradable con los clientes, parece que les incomodará atender a las personas que llegan allí. Las únicas excepciones fueron Rolando y Luis. En el restaurante Route 66 y Sensai respectivamente.

Un muy bonito descanso + Las habitaciones muy limpias, la cama muy cómoda. La comida súper rica en el buffet muy variado. − Todo estuvo bien. Tal vez algunos meseros fueron bastante groseros, tiraban las servilletas que íbamos a usar en la mesa y como que hacían su trabajo de mala gana al igual que los encargados de las bebidas. La playa no nos gustó … mucho sargazo..

Espectacular . Volvería + Servicio excelente 10/10 Comida 10/10 Animación 10/10 Limpieza habitación 9.5/10 Empleados 10/10 − No hay nada que aplique. A mi me encantó . Eso sí escuché muchas personas quejándose de que los vendedores de paquetes vacacionales, decían que son hostigadores. Y que los hacen escuchar una orientación casi media mañana , aunque no exista el interés .
