Hard Rock DR! + The hotel is wonderful for families. Ask for building six or seven, they are closest to all the food and indoor amenities. If you are on a budget, do the timeshare tour- 2 hours of your life you can’t get back, but we bought four excursions for five people for about $550 after the timeshare appt. If you do participate, book early! Otherwise, you’ll in line for an hour. Note: no alcohol or you may spend about $27k. Do not take the snorkel tour. Not a single piece of live coral in the area. What corporation brings boatloads of people to a reef that is so sparse? And there is no life at all in the coral here. Bleached totally white. I’m embarrassed for them. I’ll be back for the resort, tho!

No volveré a ir + La comida − La atención, snack de bajo nivel zona kids repleta y con muchas restricciones, fila en varios servicios, el que te cobren un montón de cosas aparte si no eres d ejs la inglesa la atención es súper diferente.

Apreciación Hard Rock punta cana + Las instalaciones e infraestructura en general − La atención en el restaurante Ciao Trattoria, puede mejorar el tiempo y dedicación a las necesidades del cliente. Las camas son antiguas y un poco incómodas, los sofás camas son terribles son muy duras.

Not the best + Very dissapointed tbf with this hotel for the cost the childrens pool lazy spa and one resturant is under construction with no notice, if you dont speak good spanish ur a bit buggered tried to ask for a water and came out with a plate of lettece! Not all but most staff are rude , there is not much for a 2 year old 2 do as she couldnt only go in kids club a certain time because of her age , everything that was good for my 13 year old was charagble ie in the boulavard lazer quest , escape rooms, rv everthing is an extra expence when we spent 8k already ... on the plus side pools great drinks are branded and the beach is good too first and last time vistiting the hard rock dominican! mexico any day !!

An impressive-looking resort that unfortunately delivers a disappointing experience for the price. + The resort looks impressive at first, with a large property, many facilities, and a good variety of breakfast options. − The hotel felt overcrowded and impersonal, with many areas and amenities reserved for members or available only at an extra cost. The quality of the food and drinks was well below expectations, service was inconsistent, and the water park was much smaller and less impressive than advertised. We also had a safety concern when my wife cut her finger on a children’s waterslide, and the incident was handled very casually.

Cholernie zimno w restaracjach i miejscach wspólnych 16 stopni to przesada!! + Atrakcje dla dzieci − W 5 gwiadkowym hotelu oczekuje ze w restauracjach kelner nie zostawia mi brudnych sztućcy na kolejny posiłek!!! oraz ze do przystawek dostaje talerze. Kwota za zgubienie bransoletki 75$ x pozostała ilosc-dni skandal!!! Fala jako atrakcja dodatkowa 50$ 20 minut podczas których pływasz tylko 7 min bo za dużo osób przyjmują jednorazowo-nieakceptowalne

O entretenimento também foi muito bom, com bastante programação disponível ao longo do dia e da noite. Destaco ainda a estrutura de acomodação na praia, com boas opções de espreguiçadeiras, camas e espaços para aproveitar o dia à beira-mar com conforto.. − O atendimento de alguns funcionários deixou a desejar em determinados momentos, senti falta de mais atenção e cordialidade no trato com os hóspedes. Também tive mais de uma ocasião em que itens que constavam no cardápio simplesmente não estavam disponíveis no momento do pedido, o que gera uma expectativa frustrada. Por fim, notei uma certa falta de capricho na limpeza de detalhes das áreas comuns: havia lixo espalhado na areia da praia, nos jardins e na beira da piscina.
