Best experience ever! + We went with a group of 12 to the Hideaway and did the diamond club. Dennis was the best butler there. He was set up by our butler from a previous trip named Victor who was unavailable. The trip was amazing! Dennis did everything we needed and more. It felt like he was part of our family. We didn't bug him much but he was there when needed for reservations and some room amenities as well. Rooms were clean. Food was good. Drinks were even better. 10/10 for Dennis and Victor. Highly recommend a trip here.

Great Vacation + Had a great vacation. I did diamond club with a butler and was a great experience. Laura was my butler and she was amazing. I honestly can’t say enough great things about her. Her personality, her friendliness, her willingness to be available to answer any questions, navigate the resort, or handle special requests made my vacation so much more enjoyable. The staff at this resort are outstanding. I did not encounter anyone who wasn’t willing to help. I need to also recognize Wilson at the hideaway pool who set up my chairs every morning and made sure I had towels. Even after it rained he would bring new dry ones over for me. Joeme at the hideaway pool for the best drinks and service. Jennifer in the hideaway diamond club lounge who started my day with a smile and a Bloody Mary. Good time + My stay was awesome. My assigned Butler Cristian was great. He was very attentive and responsive to my texts even while busy with other guests. He surprised me for my birthday with balloons made into flowers in my room and a banner on my door. Maybe that's the normal thing to do but it was still pretty awesome. The food wasn't the best but I still had a great time.

An awesome Stay + My husband and I vacationed at the Royalton Hideaway Punta Cana for my birthday.....It was an awesome Stay...one of the outstanding services was the Butler service our Butler Dennis Silvero made our stay a memorable one. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and also willing to help or serve. family reunion in paradise! + my boyfriend and I went with my family for a reunion before christmas and had a wonderful time. the resort is in a great location on the beach and not far from the airport or local shops and restaurants if you are interested.

A Memorable Christmas + What a wonderful Christmas we had! We absolutely loved staying at the Royalton Hideaway in Punta Canta for Christmas this year. The experience was more than we expected. The people were beautiful, fun and the family/couple atmosphere fostered great memories. Dennis was our Butler and he was very very attentive, patient and professional. I can go on and on about the fun, people we met, cleanliness and service. I would definitely recommend this location for couples, friends and families during the holiday seasons.

Family Christmas trip at the Hideaway + Visited Christmas week with a family group of 12 (all 18+). Beautiful spot and liked that the Hideaway wasn't massive like some other resorts we've visited in the DR. Everything was within close proximity - pools, beach, restaurants, activities/shows. Rooms were decent, had a small issue at the beginning that maintenance addressed right away. With everything close, the music from various directions was kind of loud at times. We did the Diamond club, our butler Denis did an awesome job from the very beginning and throughout our visit - arranging reservations for us, answering questions, and being available any time to enhance our experience. Overall the staff was excellent, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to our housekeeper Estela, who did a great job with some special touches for the room, and greeted us every day with a smile. And to my man Juan, the bartender at the Hideaway pool bar. Ask for Denis! + Classic all inclusive experience, overall mediocre food except for a few gems. Denis, our butler, did all the work for dinner and massage reservations as well as created a fun atmosphere. He was able to get us in everywhere we wanted on the days we wanted, even on short notice. Would recommend asking for him if he’s availible!

Awesome Experience at Royalton Hideaway! + We were blessed with the opportunity to travel with a family group of 12 to vacation at Royalton Hideaway at Punta Cana. This was our second visit, both times upgrading to the Diamond Club which was well worth the extra money. Denis, our Butler, made sure our stay was extra special! He took great care in working through large group dinner reservations, as well as making sure any issues we had were immediately addressed, and making sure we felt like important guests at all times. The resort could use some updates, but the service was too notch anywhere we went on the property. Mary took great care of us at the lobby bar, and the entire staff at the hideaway pool bar was awesome! I highly recommend Royalton Hideaway, Diamond Club, and Denis!!

Unforgettable Family Christmas Vacation + Our group of 12 adults (18-57) stayed at the Royalton Hideaway during Christmas week, and while the resort had its ups and downs, our butler Denis was the absolute standout. Being part of the Diamond Club was worth it just for him. Managing a party of our size during the holidays is a challenge, but Denis worked his magic to get us every reservation we asked for, even when we changed plans at the last minute. He also made my nephew’s 21st birthday so special with room decorations and a cake. The dining was a bit of a mixed bag. Jade was our favorite by far; the food was excellent and Alejandro was a fantastic server who kept the energy high and our drinks full. We also loved our final night at Hunter Steakhouse sitting outside, and the beach BBQ was very tasty. Best Christmas at Royalton Punta Cana + This is our fourth time staying at a Royalton property and our first Hideaway experience and it did not disappoint! From the time of our arrival we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and taken to our Diamond Club lounge. Pro tip when you upgrade to Diamond you get your own Personal Assistant for the stay who takes care of everything and anything you need. We had Denis as ours and he was the best one we have ever had! The best combination of attentive but not overbearing. He took care of everything and went over and above making our week super special. A nice holiday + BUTLER My Butler was Christian, and honestly I can not praise him enough, he was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, he was in touch every day to check on me and see if I needed anything at all, and to make all of my restaurant reservations. He managed to get every single one I wanted at the times that suited me best. The hairdryer in my room cut out a few times at the socket, and he quickly got it fixed both times. I kept forgetting to ask about the beach bag however on my 2nd last day I asked him if it would be possible still to get one - Say no more. The next morning it was in my room! On the day I checked out (15th december) my transfer pick up arrived 25 minutes early and so in a panic, I got on and it wasn't until I had passed through security at the airport I realised I had left a hoodie and cardigan in the lobby at the hotel's main reception.
