The worst trip I ever had and the company refused to refund me for the remaining days I left + Nothing was robbed and wasn’t welcome on the property − The room could have been clean before my arrival should of had clean towels in the room along with to paper could of had my refund after moving from the property after not been saloon the property after the 2 day of my stay

Comfortable stay + The apartment was clean, it is a huge property. We loved the layout. The response from whoever was in correspondence to us on booking.com was quick. Code to get in so no keys necessary, no check in necessary which is great. There is everything you need, fridge, microwave, stove, waffle maker, washer. − Concierge WhatsApp was very slow to responses. I still was not able to use the safe as no one came, there was another maintenance request and no one came.

− I had already paid for the reservation in advance. We arrived around 22:00 at the gate where we were stopped and asked where we had our reservation. The security guards at the gate had no information about our booking. The only thing I received on WhatsApp was a QR code, and that was it. They should have also sent us the code to enter the apartment. We spent three hours trying to figure out how to access the apartment. Eventually, we were told that they didn’t know how to let us into the apartment and that we would have to sleep in the car. We slept in the car outside the building until 9:00 in the morning because no one answered the phone numbers we were calling. We tried calling several numbers, but there was no response at all. In the morning at 9:00 they finally sent me a code, but it was wrong. They then sent another one, which was finally the correct code. I really do not understand how no one answered any of the phone numbers we called. We had to sleep outside in the car like…

Calme mais moyen en fait + La piscine − - Le Golf à côté qui fait que l’entretien et les tondeuses commencent à 7h30 jusqu’à 11 heures : pas possible de rester en terrasse le matin - le côté bunker : 30 minutes pour rentrer dans complexe le premier jour - l’appartement est sombre du fait des vitres très teintées : du coup il faut mettre la lumière parfois même en plein jour - impossible de résider ici, sans véhicule

Decepcionante - en casi todo. No hay respuesta de parte de la administración. PÉSIMO + Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en este hotel. Después de un vuelo de 16 horas. La limpieza fue un problema grave durante toda la única noche que estuve y me cobraron las 3 noches de estancia. Los baños estaban llenos de pelos, lo que demuestra una falta total de higiene. Además, los utensilios de la cocina estaban sucios, algo completamente inaceptable en un alojamiento. Para empeorar la situación, las paredes del baño tenían manchas de color rojo que generaban mucha desconfianza, ya que no quedaba claro si se trataba de suciedad o sangre. Malas almohadas blandas. Lo más frustrante fue la falta de respuesta por parte del personal. Ante nuestras quejas, simplemente hicieron caso omiso, lo más justo es que hubieran ACEPTADO la solicitud del cambio de fechas porque no fue una queja si no muchas. Terrible, 0 recomendado + Nada − Todo mal. No es como las fotos. No tienes acceso a la playa de manera gratuita, esta muy lejos y gastos en transporte. Peor lo peor fue que no tenía estufa, estaba dañada, prometieron cambiar de habitación y nunca llegó. Al día siguiente llegaron con una estufa a instalar en la tarde cuando ya había perdido un día y medio de instancia. No cumplieron con nada, el servicio de ellos es pésimo

Unos de los mejores lugares para descansar. + Me encantó la decoración de los apartamentos principalmente la del apartamento c202, además tener la piscina tan cerca fue lo mejor, la congierge Jennifer fue un amor de persona siempre estaba pendiente para ayudarme en todo ella y su compañera yadel son las mejores, Sin dudas volveré y me quedaré por más días Dios mediante. − Fue un poco difícil utilizar la lavadora y la estufa.
