Would've been better minus the drain fly infestation. + choices in food and location − Our room was infested with drain flies! We spent a lot of time trying to kill them. I reported it to management on Tuesday June 2nd, Wednesday June 3rd, and finally on Thursday June 4th.

El mejor todo incluido al que he ido + El personal, la ubicación, la comida − Quizá que no haya ascensor aunque sean pocas plantas y limpieza en pasillos en ocasiones. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias.

Volvere... y volvereeeee, yo siempre volveré 🎶 + Sin duda alguna lo mejor de Bahía Principe es su gente, te vas enamorado de ellos. Hemos estado en otros hoteles en PC y no es lo mismo. En la piscina, nuestros grandes amigos a esta altura, Alberto, Alexander y Anthony, sin duda excepcionales... es más excepcionales te queda chico... luego en los buffet y restaurantes, Felix un gran líder que hace que el desayuno y algunas comidas sean siempre un agrado, despilfarran todos amabilidad y cariño. Al final Jesus Villega, en la administración, logró lo imposible, que nos fuéramos reservando viaje para el próximo año, con la familia completa. Como siempre una tremenda experiencia. − Oportunidades de mejora: Creo que las habitaciones, si bien están limpias y el servicio de ellas es impecable, pueden mejorar en lujitos, TV más grande y moderno, aire acondicionado más potentes.. a veces en pleno verano se quedan un poco cortos.

+ Todo era perfecto . Cómo madre soltera que fue con mis 3 hijos pequeños el kids club me ayudó mucho. Y los niños encantados con tantas actividades. Es como una guardería y tu mamá ve a descansar 😜.

+ La atención tan esmerada de todo el personal del hotel , las instalaciones son espléndidas ! − Tristemente no pudimos disfrutar del mar porque estaba la playa llena de sargazo , esto no es culpa del hotel , sino de la naturaleza , recogen pero es tan exagerado el sargazo que hay , que resulta imposible bañar en el mar .

La peor experiencia + El aire acondicionado de la habitación − Restaurantes cerrados, muy poca disponibilidad de restaurantes a la carta. Poca higiene, cucarachas corrian por el piso del restaurante de carnes “Rodizio”. El personal poco servicial. Las atenciones en las mesas horribles. poca variedad en el buffet y tampoco era bueno. Puedo decir con seguridad que es la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel.

For a last minute booking that I did, I'm totally amazed how well this resort performs. + Everything was close to the room. Not like other resorts where you need to wait for a train to move around. The Kids Club was something new too that I've never seen at other resorts. − Room was clean and comfy, but smelled like it was always Wet & Humid. Like if wet pool clothes was always in the bedroom. Also, shower leaked water into the tiolet area at the bottom of the glass window dividing the tiolet and shower.

Volveré... volveréee... + El equipo de la piscina del hotel, excelente. Alberto y Alexander, nuestro barman de lujo te hacen pasar el día con la mejor atención y buena onda!!! En la animación "Cocodrilo" y todo el equipo se lucen en la entretención, su gente es lo que hace a BP diferente. − Los restaurantes de menú, tienen aún que mejorar.

En general la pasé muy bien!! + Me gustó el ambiente, es súper relajado y tranquilo, las actividades muy chéveres! El personal en general muy amables. − El dispensador de los baños para el jabón y lo demás, por lo menos en nuestra habitación tenía problemas.

Decadente + Las instalaciones − Hemos vacacionado ya 4 años seguidos en bahia principe y esta ultima estancia fue la mas desagradable, tanto por la atencion del personal, los cuales andaban todos con cara de enojados y con ningun agrado por atender y los servicios que ofrecen tales como show etc los cuales eran bastante pobres Antes era un buen hotel pero ya hay muchas opciones mejor en relacion precio calidad
