+ *The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful and explained to us all we needed Bonus, she spoke in english too 😊 *we also left the bags there after check out till our next flight (Super helpful!) *Location was perfect , very central. *Another plus : very central but we didnt listen any cars trough the windows sealed :) * Good for a short stay! *For the price it was worth it − The building is old but the rooms are in better shape it was not a big of an issue to us , bathroom is not in the room but across it. Again taught will be an issue but we had the key to it just for us to use. also it was mentioned when booking External bathroom so its okay :) Most thing that bothered was the beds , the "mattresses" are like wood . & bathroom smells of mold.

+ La ubicación. − La cama era incimodísima, como una piedra. Había algunas manchas en las sábanas. El edificio huele tan mal que te entran fatigas. El baño igual.

Нощувки на топ локация за безстрашни авантюристи + Топ локация! Много любезен и отзивчив персонал. Лесно настаняване. − Много стара база, разпадащи се мебели, лоша миризма в общите помещения на сградата, в банята имаше мухъл.

+ Self- check in jest czymś co cenie w hostelach bo zapewnia mi komfort. Lokalizacja była również fantastyczna- blisko wszystkich najważniejszych zabytków jak i bliskość stacji metra z której można dojechać bezpośrednio na lotnisko. Doceniam też taras na którym można sobie posiedzieć przy ładnej pogodzie. − korzystanie z łazienki było dosyć uciążliwe. Przez to że prysznic i toaleta były jedym pomieszczeniem to po umyciu się wszystko było mokre, ciężko było tam wejść żeby skorzystać z ubikacji. Polecam mieć ze sobą klapki.

+ Местоположението. На пъпа на София. Единственото хубаво нещо! − Ужас! Боже Господи, къде попаднах..?! Потресаващи условия! Там времето е спряло преди 30 години. Направо не мога да повярвам..в центъра на столицата. Никога повече!😤😠

Great location,not the best place to say. + Great location and friendly staff. − The building is really old as well as the furnitures in the rooms. Big difference between the provided photos and the rooms in real life.

Santa Sofia 'da konaklama + Konumu harika. Şehir merkezinde, turistik yerlere, marketlere, tramvay ve metro durağına çok yakın. Oda ferah ve temiz. Check-in için yardımcı olan görevli güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Ortak koridordaki her bir tuvalet her bir odaya tahsis edilmiş, anahtarlı. − Oda içinde özel banyo için fiyat farkı ödeyerek 3kişilik banyolu oda rezerve edip ödemesini yapmıştım.Ancak geldiğimizde gördük ki banyo oda dışındaydı.Görevli personel kayıt yapan personelden kaynaklı hata olmuş olabileceğini, ellerinde istediğimiz özellikte başka oda olmadığını, istersek mevcut odayı iptal edebileceğimizi söyledi. Son anda farklı bir yerde konaklama arayışına girmek istemedik. Banyolu oda için olan fiyat farkını iade etseydi müşteri memnuniyeti için çok daha isabetli bir yaklaşımda bulunmuş olacaktı... Ortak alan mutfakta kettle olsa kullanışlı olurdu.
