+ Nic, mieliśmy pokój dla trzech osób nie było klucza do naszego pokoju bo był tam ktoś inny kto też miał rezerwację dla trzech osób i dali im nasz pokój i został pokój dwu osobowy właściciel nie odbierał nie dostaliśmy żadnej pomocy i ignorowali kontakt od każdego czyli w skrócie 6 osób dostalo jeden pokój 3 osobowy a obiekt nie poczuł się jak kolwiek do pomocy! − Właściciel ignoruje problem który sam zrobił Nie polecam TRAGEDIA

+ Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése. Pont a metromegálló mellett, a város centrumban. − A szobát nagyon koszosnak találtuk. Egy nagytakarítás ráfér. Függönymosás is! A párnahuzat, a paplanhuzat és a törülköző tiszta volt, de a párna és a paplan kevésbé. Gyakorlatilag a paplanhoz hozzá se mertem érni. Fél napos munkával egész otthonossá lehetne tenni. A takarítónőt kirugnám, és újat vennék fel. Nekem is van vendégházam, de a patika tisztaságú.

Ottima posizione + Posizione assolutamente strategica! La struttura si trova proprio in pieno centro a Sofia, il che ci ha permesso di spostarci comodamente quasi sempre a piedi e vedere tantissime cose senza stress. L'arredamento è un po' datato, è vero, ma passa del tutto in secondo piano. Resta che lenzuola e asciugamani erano impeccabili. Un appunto importante su alcune recensioni che parlavano di cattivo odore dal bagno: prima di giudicare bisognerebbe informarsi! A Sofia ci sono sorgenti di acqua sulfurea nel sottosuolo ed è del tutto normale avvertire quel caratteristico odore minerale, che non ha nulla a che fare con la pulizia. Soggiorno super consigliato. − Unico grande problema: l'assistenza h24 non è del tutto vera. La struttura dichiara una disponibilità h24, anche telefonica, ma purtroppo non è così. Per ben due volte, di notte tarda, la porta non si apriva con il tastierino a codice: abbiamo provato a chiamare ripetutamente ma nessuno ha mai risposto. Siamo rimas…

+ Единствено на мястото на което се намира стаята, нищо друго − Първо,не сме капризни,трябваше ни стая за една вечер,беше ни все тая,нооооо,все пак!!!!в обявата снимките нямат нищо общо с реалността на нашата стая,пише ,че има самостоятелна баня,но не пише ,че е извън стаята,а ние с дете не беше най удобното!!!!не е приятно като потребител, да сме заблудени така!!!вярно е ,че за тези пари не трябва да се очаква кой знае колко, но стените са изписани с нецензурни думи което е супер неприятно, все едно сме в бардак!!!сина ми като седна на леглото и пропадна заедно с матрака!!!беше кошмарна нощ,не бихме повторили!!!!не е редно на такива места да се пише ,СЕМЕЙНИ СТАИ!Съжалявам

+ Non siamo state ospitate, siamo arrivati all'una di notte abbiamo avuto accesso al codice della porta principale, Ma la nostra chiave numero 3 che c'era stata assegnata tramite regolare email non era nel box di vetro che la proprietaria ci aveva comunicato, la nostra camera era occupata da altre persone e siamo state costrette a provvedere per un'altra sistemazione vicina. Sconsiglio vivamente. Potreste non essere ospitati nonostante il pagamento anticipato. Non prenotate alcuna camera in questa struttura. − Nulla

We’ve paid almost 40 euros for a room, we’ve booked 4 rooms, and all with poor conditions. Next to the property is a sma + I liked that it was self check in, we’ve got the code, the key, without assistance, And location very good. − It was smelly, very bad conditions, dirty. In the photo looked much better than the reality. Only the sheets and towels were clean. The sofa very dirty, the beds uncomfortably, We couldn’t take at least a shower, because of the rusty pipes, and dirty tiles. The building and the furniture is old and smelly. Also the blankets were dirty, full of sweating stains.
