Helpful and friendly staff. Location was accessable to everything i need. + Easy 53mins walk to beijingxi station. Lots of small eatery around the station with plenty of choices for meals.

Exceptional + We couldn’t get our train so ended up here. Hotel is nice with great staff who gave us great advice on where to go. So many amazing restaurants around it. I want to say best food but I had nothing but great food in China.

Perfectly good for a short stay + The hotel actually looked a little shoddy, but the room was fine and very clean. There were several shops and restaurants just underneath.

Very good + A bit simple and old, but for that price in Beijing good value. The location next to Beijing West Train Station is fantastic! They accept foreigners, so don't be irritated by the wrong information in the booking confirmation! − ---

Not recommended + The hotel was located very close to the railway station, and not too far from the city. There were small restaurants and stores around so that was good. − The room was not like the picture at all. That is the biggest issue. The bathroom was dirty and it was really expensive for what you get. I have payed the same amount to 5 stars hotels in China so that was just crazy. I also could not cancel after booking, and they never replied to questions or requests. The staff did not speak any English aswell.

Worst experience + Nothing − They let me pay again and this shitty app refused to refund me even though i provide them with alipay payment reference and start asking for bank statement which will issued after a month ,also asked me to get invoice from the property, i was on the street like a homless for about 3-4 hours in the cold of November trying to solve this issue while i didnt had cash neither alipay-wechat activated so i can pay and get my room and sleep ,worst experience ever ,Trip application never had any problems with it so far and their customer service very cooperative, in general neither this bad hotel and booking were good
