Впечатления остались неоднозначные: у отеля есть свои сильные стороны, но есть и существенные недостатки. Заселение и персонал На ресепшене нас встретили приветливо. Сотрудники говорят как на китайском, так и на английском языке, быстро отвечают на вопросы и помогают с любыми просьбами. Перед поездкой я заранее просила сделать небольшой комплимент или повысить категорию номера в честь дня рождения моей мамы, однако, к сожалению, ни комплимента, ни апгрейда мы не получили. Номер Сам номер оказался значительно старее, чем выглядел на фотографиях. Мебель сильно изношена и местами заметно пошарпана. Шторы были грязноваты, а душевая уже нуждается в обновлении. Отдельно хочется отметить качество уборки. В какой-то момент я подумала, что потеряла браслет в номере, и заглянула под кровать. Great hotel, value for money, great staff, clean, good breakfast, would definitely stay again. + The King Suite was very comfortable and we had to pay for an extra bed since our daughter was with us. Quite spacious. The breakfast was very good but lacked variation over the 6 days we were there. The staff were very friendly and helpful, specially almost everyone at the concierge, specially Banchero Tang. The reception staff were excellent and professional as well and spoke English quite well, except for 1 gentleman who was there early morning. We arrived at 6 AM and they were nice enough to give us an early check-in at 11AM. There's a medium sized mall called Rainbow mall right next to the hotel (attached to it actually) which was very convenient indeed for food and some light shopping, including cafes and a convenient store.The indoor pool was very nice and the fancy restaurant on the 3rd floor was understandable on the pricey side but great food.
