    A good hotel in Suzhou, well located + The room was very comfortable. The location is excellent, the hotel can be accessed through the shopping mall and you can either go through the mall to the metro or cross the intersection to get to the metro. There is lots in the mall you can access in terms of food and other shopping. It is true that not many of the staff speak English (see other reviews)... but the hotel is in China! I think that is fair enough and given we speak literally no Mandarin they were excellent at checking us in with that language boundary. The breakfast was good. It was quite busy as it was Chinese New Year when we were there. The views from our room were amazing as well. − I guess there could be some more facilities for this being quite a posh hotel. We also found it a bit noisy but that was because it was the new year... and is not really the hotel's fault.
