Excellent recharge facility. + The quietness and design of the room. − The entrance to hotel is hard to locate. U need better signage. We turned 3 rounds, including getting on main road. Angsana staff referred us to a restaurant opposite.

Nice quiet stay near Shanghai. + Beautiful! Nice and quiet. − The breakfast in morning was a little underwhelming for what Banyan usually offers. Some items like the sushi were grabbed by tables and not available again unless you asked. And I actually got a food allergy reaction from the bok choy because it’s cooked in veggie broth that must have seafood and mushrooms in it. They don’t really worry about allergies. That was interesting to get hives after a Banyan hotel. But overall it is a beautiful place. We would visit again.

sehr schönes Haus + sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer. Das Lichtkonzept etwas verspielt und schwer zu bedienen aber die Einrichtung sehr schön. die Massage war sensationell − das Personal spricht kein englisch und wirkt hilflos, weil sich kein verantwortlicher Manager für die Wünsche der Gäste interessiert und die ausreichend vorhandenen Servicekräfte entsprechend koordiniert.
