Highly NOT recommended. Terrible experience! − All the front desk staffs are under trained i) no greeting at all ii) no introduction on where to have breakfast, not even mentioned what time would serve breakfast, iii) staffs don't speak English (it's a bit ridiculous happen in Hilton Group hotel?) iv) staffs don't know how to process the payment online (don't know how to void the transaction) The flush in toilet didn't work at all, when I reported this to receptionist, they just apologies and not even trying to help / find a solution / get someone come to fix it....
