В целом, расположение в дали от посещения обычных туристов, которые едут в Гуанжоу за шоппингом + Высокий уровень сервиса обслуживающего персонала. Чистота номера. Бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта в отель на комфортабельном электро микроавтобусе. Бесплатный трансфер на Кантонскую выставку. Высокий напор воды и хороший отток воды в душевой. Рядом около 30 м большой супермаркет, где закупают сами китайцы продукты питания и много другое. Рядом много маленьких китайских кафешек, есть KFC около 50 м, есть симпатичный японский ресторан. − Расположение, далековато от всех мест, которые мы посещали - около 30 км, единственное нам помогало местное такси DiDi, выходило от 50 до 100 юаней в одну сторону каждый раз. Завтрак очень скудный и стандартный, приносят в номер, входило: 1 вареное яйцо, йогурт, маленькая печенька в упаковке, 1 яблоко или другой фрукт, и пищпакет для заваривания лапши и все)

Basic Accommodation + Airport Pick up was superb. The driver and the receptionist were courteous and welcoming. There is a fixed breakfast and one can add the quantity with Y15. The location is far from the center shopping street but you have metro just 6 minutes walk Line No. 6 that takes about 40mitues to the shopping area and canton tower. − The room was on level 5 so did not have good views which other have described. We realized that there were bed bugs in the bed that bite our child at night and we suspected mosquitoes. However, this shows cleaning needs to be thorough. I believe other rooms will not have this problem. I also believe that if we had informed the management about the bugs they would have rectified the issue. We only came to know after we showed the bite site to our doctors who said these were bed bugs but we had already checked out.

We were very disappointed in the standard of accommodation and booked out immediately after arrival. + Nothing, we did not stay, we booked out immediately after viewing the rooms − The photos that are online are not indicative of the rooms we had allocated to us, they were tiny and not at all like the photos we had viewed online. I had booked a balcony and a terrace and requested a low level floor. We were on level 8 (from memory) with only a balcony. The photos made it look like the bathroom was on the same level as the bedroom but it was not. The beds were very hard, the stairs very very narrow and steep. We did not receive any refund despite them not having to service the rooms for 11 days and were charged. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. We would not recommend this as somewhere to stay.

+ The 2 bedroom apartment is excellent, convenient for 3 or 4 person also. Free shuttle services provided during canton fair duration which is a plus considering the distance to canton complex. Daily cleaning setvie provided. Overall the experience was good. Also near to subway and you can travel through subway anywhere you want. − There reception is not in the same building and is separating located, grabbing your morning coffee is a little of a distance, if you need immediately then you don't prefer this option. Atleast instant coffee should be provided in the room. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Amazing apartment , great transfer , staff help was do great made our stay 5 star + The apartment was spacious , clean with great air condition throughout which was essential as heat wave when we stayed Clean towels and water provided daily and breakfast - great coffee at reception and help from Angel - who made our stay amazing she was so helpful and spoke English was able to help us book experiences that we couldn’t have done without her help the transfer was amazing and stress free they were waiting ready to receive us from airport after a long flight with family and luggage is essential for a easy stay − It was a little out of the main hub which we liked as had more local restaurants around easy to get everywhere with didi
