Don't Stay Here + This hotel presents itself as a high end hotel, but it is not. I stayed in a Deluxe Bedroom, on the 19th floor. The sound proofing on the windows is horrible. I could hear all the cars honking every morning from the 19th floor waking me up. At times, you could smell cigarette smoke coming thru the vents from other bedrooms. The only good things about this hotel are the breakfast, nearby subway station, and the dry cleaning. The customer service is subpar. I had to checkout sooner than expected. I checked out 1 hr past the deadline, and was charged an additional night. The manager would not waive the additional night because of 1 hr. I have stayed at this hotel everytime I am in China, but have realized there are better options available nearby. Stay there instead.

very good, nice city! + ++++ -entrance to metro station (Shizishan station, Line 1) just 100 meters from hotel entrance, never seen yet metro such close to hotel, -very convenient to use metro for main sightseeings, just 8 stations to Suzhou Railway Station, -swimming pool, -mattress and bed linen. − nothing to say

+ Great hotel for family, breakfast was extremely good with so many delicious options. The gym is functional with a large swimming pool, good fun for the kids. We liked the location a lot as it was close to a lot of things, the park near by was a good location for after dinner walking. − Nothing

Superb hotel + Everything. This is a very lovely hotel. The rooms are even nicer than the photos. The lighting in the room is very good, the bathroom spacious with double sink and lots of counter space. Our room has a separate large closet to put our luggage that we could get dressed in. The breakfast was excellent. The location is great, next to a subway station, a mall with food court and across the street from a small lake and museums. Highly recommend staying here. − Nothing

+ Breakfast was excellent − Booking .com charges heavily for the booking . Too expensive through booking.com Kindly revisit the rates as in China it's 600RMB & through booking .com it's 1000RMB. Not at all justifying. We need to review our strategy about such corporate initiatives as booking.com is too expensive.
