Correct + Lit confortable Chambre spacieuse − Clim bruyante, petit déjeuner et snacking très décevant car très peu de choix. Service laundry gratuit mais lavage moyen (il reste des taches, aucune odeur de propre).

+ Nichts − Preisleistung stimmt überhaupt nicht! Als Ausländische Person können sie auch 5 Business Tage warten, bis sie bedient werden. Erst kommen die Einheimischen, dann 20 Essen Lieferanten und dann den Rest. Anderes Zimmer bekommen als gebucht. - downgrade! aber für gleiches Geld. Extrem Laut!!! Sogar die Gardinen in meinem Wohnzimmer stoppen mehr Lärm als die Fenster in diesem Hotel. Nie wieder, Danke! Bis Heute warte ich auf die Rechnung. Ist dem Hotel Absolut egal , noch nie so unprofessionales Hotel erlebt.

Not good experience for the first time in Chongqing. − The fire pipe broken and all hotel lifts not working. We have to use spare lifts which mainly for cargo or rubbish delivery. We stay 3 nights and it hasn't been fixed when we left.

A must stay + Great hotel! Gym, laundry service included for free ! Breakfast was solid, my friend had a fancier bigger place that was more expensive but mine was def better. Super easy to walk to Honya − Limited English at the front but still super helpful for everything
