Overall comfortable + Good location , clean and comfortable . Room was nice with a comfortable living area , dressing room, and desk. Washing machine and dryer were great. − Kitchen was basic. Microwave stopped working and had to be replaced. The gym was tiny, it would only fit 2 people at any one time before it would become too crowded. The pool was also difficult to use. Operating hours from 12 pm, and all swimmers were required to wear a swimming cap, including males. As a result, it was dark, looked deserted and minimally used. The breakfast was adequate but certainly not the best compared with many other hotels that we have tried. Coffee and tea had to be ordered instead of being able to access it easily, fruits were cut into very small pieces. Limited variety compared with similar hotels.

+ Nice building in a very nice area. Got upgraded to higher floor room with access to lounge, very nice. Rooms very very clean and the cleaning leady very sweet and educated. − Staff is polite but not at a 5 stars hotel level. They don’t speak english at all and makes it hard especially when it comes to check out and payments, they couldn’t understand the card I wanted to use to pay and therefore I was forced to use the one where the deposit was. They don’t do the usual JW Marriott extra mile, bellboy at the entrance was waiting for ua to pick up or put our bags from/in the taxi to then just giving suggestions on how to better fit them in the car.
