+ Very well located in the amazing location of Jing' An, next to multiple amazing restaurants and coffee shop! Staff were helpful and the cats very cute. − The room was a little bit tight, but as I am very tall and traveling with big luggages it was a bit complicated. But if you're traveling light it shouldn't be of any issues!

Great rooms but beware the DND fee & the staff + Hotel, location and the rooms are just great. Latest technology. I got Superior Double and my room was amazing. Also its view was great. One of the best rooms I stayed recently. − DND fee & the staff... 1 - DND Fee: When you pay with card, it asks you to pay either in USD (or your home currency) or in CNY. As you know, if you click on home currency, they charge you %5 extra. So I'd always choose the local currency. But their machine chooses USD automatically in 5 seconds. So it cost me %5 more just because the settings of their machine. 2- The Staff: When I explained them the situation, showed them the charge on credit card, and asked for their help, they were pretty 'annoyed' with me. Even though there was no single customer waiting. They just wanted to be 'done'. They claimed that it is my bank's fault. Once they refunded, and charged me again, I chose the CNY. And they were surprised to see that the charge was lower this time…

Great stay in one of the best parts of Shanghai + Fantastic location, large comfortable rooms for solo travellers and great bathrooms - when we saw how good the hotel was, we decided to stay longer in Shanghai and they let us keep the same rooms. Also there's a couple of beautiful cats who live at the hotel. 😻 − Some loud noise from neighbouring rooms and the drains got a bit smelly when it was raining.

Great, but can be improved. + Located in the nice area with close proximity with prominent shopping locations in Jing'an. Price was decent. − Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few things that could be improved. First, the staff did not speak much English. Although they used a translation tool, communication was still not very smooth or convenient. Second, the room was not very soundproof. In the morning, I could clearly hear noise from nearby rooms, including repeated throat-clearing sounds from someone (I am not sure if it was the guest or the staff), which was quite unpleasant. Third, the location is in a good area, but the hotel is roughly between two metro stations. This means you need to walk a bit to reach either station, which may not be ideal if you have luggage or prefer easier access to public transport.

Kleines Cityhotel in einer guten Lage + Wir verbrachten die letzte Nacht vor dem Abflug in dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage ist an sich völlig in Ordnung, Restaurants kann man erlaufen und den Rest organisiert man mit U-Bahn oder Uber. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber für wenige Nächte absolut ausreichend. Bitte schaut vorab, wo das Hotel liegt, es ist sehr leicht zu übersehen! Es liegt in einem Innenhof nach der Schranke. − Es war alles wirklich okay. Uns hätte sehr geholfen, wenn man an der Rezeption etwas englisch sprechen würde. Aber dank Übersetzter war die Kommunikation trotzdem gegeben.

Hôtel décevant, avec de vrais problèmes d’humidité. + Placé dans un quartier pratique et animé. − Séjour très inconfortable : petites chambres extrêmement humides du fait de salle de bains mal isolées de la chambre, climatisation impossible à régler correctement qui entretient encore l’humidité et sont mal configurées par rapport aux tailles des chambres. Nous n’avons pas apprécié de voir à l’entrée de l’hôtel deux chats vivant enfermés dans une « pièce » de 1m2, juste pour « attendrir» les clients.
