Nice gem of a hotel to refresh and sleep on a long layover. + Staff were friendly. Bed was amazing. Room facilities were quite fun as all at push of a button (blinds, lights with different moods) & there was lovely music which came on when you turned on the shower which was a treat. Convenient to the airport. Great value. Breakfast is geared more toward Chinese cuisine but it was plentiful and yummy. − The carpet was the only thing that looked old/stained and could be replaced to make it feel cleaner. It was challenging getting the shuttle (it is “on call”, not regular) as I didn’t have local SIM and e-Sim didn’t work when calling them from my mobile so had to locate someone at the airport customer service desk in arrivals hall to call them and write details of the shuttle down/where to wait etc. Bigger hotel chains have regular shuttle services which are more convenient but I know what to do next time and would stay here again.

Bien para lo que es + Fue una estancia de paso, pero la habitación merece la pena si tienes una escala de muchas horas. Las camas son comodísimas y el baño genial. − Fue una estancia de paso, pero no nos ayudaron mucho con el tema conexión a internet. Al ser una estancia de paso, no teníamos teléfono chino, o tarjeta esim, y el wifi no nos funcionaba.

Leider sehr enttäuschend für den Auftritt nach außen + Zimmer war groß und der Schnitt war gut. Das Frühstück war ok. − Personal spricht kein Englisch, das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen und der Teppich hatte sehr viele Flecken. Die Dusche stank stark und die Klimaanlage war ausgeschaltet, so dass das Zimmer 30 grad Celsius hatte und auch durch die Klima nicht wirklich heruntergekühlt wurde. 26 grad Celsius am Morgen.

+ really liked how spacious the rooms were and clean they were, the hotel staff especially the reception team were all so friendly and welcoming and the free shuttle bus was incredibly helpful.
