Good business stay for Guangzhou. + I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and is well connected by metro to both the airport and the railway station, making it very easy to travel around the city. The room was comfortable, clean, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options and good quality food. I would especially like to thank Ms. Jane, who was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. − Nothing.

Fabulous and comfortable 1-night stay very close to the airport + When we arrived at the hotel our taxi driver took 180RMB from us for a 10min drive from the airport (should’ve only been 40RMB). Another guest at the hotel saw it and called the hotel staff. They spoke with the driver and made him return the money to us. They were very friendly and proactive in making sure our stay was comfortable. Staff that were particularly helpful were Vicky Lu and Jane Zhou. My 2yo child was with us too and they gave us toys, milk, etc for him, which we were so grateful for. Breakfast included was excellent as well. Huge variety, although we’re Muslim and there was no halal meat available, we had eggs, toast, spreads, cream, desserts, fruit, coffee, etc - it was great! − The room service closes quite early, so I was unable to order a cup of milk for my toddler at bedtime because we were a little late to come back from the city.

Супер комфортабельный отель в ожидании вылета + Нам необходим был отель, чтобы переночевать перед вылетом. Ожидания полностью оправдались. Есть трансфер из/в аэропорт. Единственное - нужно предварительно забронировать трансфер из аэропорта, который отходит от 43 колонны в дозе вылета (2-й этаж). Но бронирование не сложное. Огромный номер со всеми удобствами, классный бассейн (с 6 до 23 часов работает), завтрак с наличием привычной европейцу еды. Также в 50 располагается метро, поэтому можно посмотреть город при желании. Район вокруг оживленный, есть несколько торговых центров, фудкортов, Макдональдс и т.д. Персонал очень заботливый, особенно Evan Zhong. Рекомендуем! − При бронировании не было указано, что они берут депозит - 500 юаней. Его списывают с карты, но через сутки уже возвращают. Просто есть смысл предупреждать об этом клиентов.

Good value hotel overall with a great outdoor poor and restaurant. Just needs to improve airport transfer service. + A very nice relaxing room with comfortable and luxurious bedding. The breakfast and food overall was excellent, a nice experience after flying for so long. − Given its and airport hotel, the airport pickup times are too restricted and should be more flexible. We had to pay for two nights accomodation due to the flight times to ensure we had a room available, but stayed for only 14hrs or so - it wouldn’t have taken much to have organised a pickup as requested. Instead we had to get a painful taxi from the airport, a total debacle we could have done without!
