+ The location of the hotel is nearby the Metro Station (ca. 800m) − Unfortunately, the rooms have not been correctly cleaned up (only waste bin has been emptied and fresh towels [not for hands] replaced) und breakfast was very limited. When we asked for salted butter, we received a simple "NO". The hotel is ideal for "backpackers" but not for tourists with some basic expectations.

Very well located hotel + The location of the hotel is fairly close to Dongsi Metro which is very useful for getting around the city. The alley itself has some history to it.

No recomiendo para nada + Ubicación correcta. − Habitación muy pequeña sin ventanas, vàter atorado y olor a heces en la habitación. Mucha peste todo el hotel. Personal poco amable, desayuno muy justo. No recomiendo para nada.

Lack of cleaning + Location in a hutong and the rooftop for breakfast (if does not rain). − After the first night, the water was coming out from the toilet, we requested to the staff fix it what they did it very quickly but they did not cleaned the floor of the bathroom although we requested every days; they did it during our fourth day (we were 5 nights) so we had dirty water in our bathroom for 4 days which is unacceptable. In addition, they did not clean the rest of the bathroom but they changed the towels every days. We hope you take into accounts these comments in order to improve in the future.

Sauberes Hotel in guter Lage, jedoch nicht mehr so schön wie auf den Fotos. + Die Betten waren bequem und das Zimmer sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben ein etwas größeres Zimmer bekommen ohne nachzufragen. Die Lage war super. − Das Hotel sieht nicht mehr aus wie auf den Bildern. Es ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Möbel abgenutzt, Fugen wirken dreckig, …). In der Dusche ist das Wasser nicht gut abgelaufen.
