I will be very likely to go back and stay in the same place. + The location is great. It is very handy for subway network to all the must-see sights, heaps of fantastic food selections around. Staff were super friendly, going above and beyond with online booking for sightseeing, ordering shopping and food online. Staff were very helpful and cheerful. Will go back there again next time.

Great location family friendly hotel + First off, the location is absolutely convenient. It is close to several metro stations and easily walking distance to a lot of attractions. Secondly, the staff was out of this world. They go above and beyond with helping with any assistance that you need. The manager helped us daily with helping carrying our strollers up and down the stairs. There is ample free coffee hot tea and water in the lobby. The value of this hotel is wonderful. It really provides a great comfortable stay for excellent location with all the amenities that you need. − The pictures on the Booking.com don’t match the actual property. For example the lobby and the rooms are not exactly as pictured. It’s a little more dated and worn down. However, the hotel still provides comfort, value, exceptional and excellent service. Therefore all these qualities greatly outweigh the misinformed pictures.

+ It's located in a traditional community area in the city centre. The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you. − The tumble dryer in the laundry room was broken on Sunday. The hotel staff was waiting for the repair man to come and fix it.

We taking very sad memories of Beijing due to this. + I am sorry to say it was a waste of my $500 AUD for 3 nights. Just wanted the 3 days to go by as fast as possible. − We were treated differently due to our religion we felt so out of place. Our see off was such that the staff didn’t ever say anything to us as we sat in the taxi. However they would run to other guest if they see them coming.

Value for money and quiet area. Didi will give you wings + It was a nice hotel in a quiet Hutong. Requires a bit of walking to reach Wangfujing. There is a nearby stretch of local food stalls. Not bad for young people. Vibrant and full of energy.
