+ La posizione − Maggior parte del personale non parla alcuna lingua straniera. Anche alla reception e nelle situazioni di interazioni con gli ospiti (colazione, ristoranti della struttura ect). Forte odore di umidità in stanza.

Все хорошее впечатление об отеле перечеркнуто огромным депозитом + Очень хорошее местоположение отеля, напротив видно все высокие здания. Номер выглядит дорого и богато, убирают очень хорошо без напоминаний, 2 раза в день. Отличные халаты и тапочки. Умный номер, все можно включить и выключить кнопками. Имеется терраса с видом на набережную. В номере имеется кофе машина, чайник, все туалетные принадлежности. − За трое суток сняли депозит 12 000 юуаней и при выселении хотели снять ещё 6 758,14 юаней за проживание. Мы сказали высчитывайте с депозита. Прошло 3 дня остаток до сих пор не вернулся и не известно, когда вернется. Ещё минус при заезде комната была не готова, а мы были с дороги и очень устали. Я считаю при таком депозите, не должно быть никаких заминок. Персонал на ресепшене долго оформляет, за свою оплошность с поздним заселением обещали вернуть часть депозита и не сделали этого.
