+ Very nice and clean. The resturant is also good. I lived on the 19th floor, the bund view is really great.

A must stay for solo travellers and couples + Beautiful, modern and spacious rooms, great location and prime accessibility to the Bund and Nanjing Road. The street outside was very clean, no street noise and very safe and secure. The hotel also features a rooftop bar and restaurant with almost panoramic views of the Bund / Shanghai City.

+ The English level of pretty much all the staff was close to non existing (even for basic words) making this hotel less convenient for non Mandarin speaking visitors. Unfortunately, the service level was also not very quick - checking in to our two rooms took more than 15 minutes; despite what should have been a standard procedure, the staff seemed unprepared and lacking training.
