+ الموقع جميل تنزل على شارع بكين مباشرة الشقة كانت واسعه يوجد غسالة وغير مسموح الطبخ فيها ويأخذون تأمين قرابه 100 دولار

Fantastic stay! + There was a reception to pickup the keys. Help with Taobao deliveries. Help with booking car for daytips to tourist spots. Help with airport tfr when leaving. Very friendly & helpful & good english! − Waiting for the lifts but not a big issue

+ Comfortable and close to the centre − Smoking within the premises and in some cases is an absolute put off. The apartment should do something urgently about that.

Emplacement exceptionnel + Très bon emplacement. Appartement très spacieux pour une famille de 5 personnes. Les espaces chambres sont très bien. La vue de l appartement est superbe. − Les ascenseurs sont un peu lents et les parties communes mériteraient un rafraichissement

+ The place is well located and btn three metro lines but also in a good tourist environment − The staff some didn't communicate properly some of the booking rules,we had a discussion and agreed that we would extend our stay for two more days.When we left the reception they didn't tell us that we have to pay upfront for those extra days. Only to be told later that we need to check out, I argued with them that we had an agreement that we would stay for those two days and after they still had our deposit money which would be equivalent of the rate for two days. We were very inconvenienced because they had already given away our room hence making us pay for an expensive room. These to us were very professional not communicating clearly to us the payment procedures and kicking us out of the room
