Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment offers excellent value for money, a spacious layout suitable for families + The main highlight of this property is its strategic location. Being situated near Beijing Road made it extremely convenient to access shopping, dining, tourist attractions, and public transportation. Everything I needed was within walking distance, which made my stay both enjoyable and hassle-free. The location alone makes this property a great choice for visitors to Guangzh − One downside of the property is the long waiting time for the lifts, as only three lifts serve the 23-floor building. In addition, many of the units are used for commercial purposes, resulting in a high volume of non-residents coming in and out of the building. This can make the environment feel less secure at times. However, this appears to be a characteristic of the building itself rather than an issue specific to the property.

A convenient and comfortable cho + The biggest advantage of this property is its excellent and strategic location. It is conveniently located near Beijing Road, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, attractions, and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring Guangzhou. − The main drawback was the long lift waiting time, with only three lifts serving 23 floors. The building also has many commercial units, so there are quite a number of non-residents around, which can make it feel less secure. That said, this is more a feature of the building than the apartment itself.

Overall, we had a nice stay. We would be happy to stay here again. 😊 + Great location and very spacious accommodation. − Some of the furnishings and accessories are a little dated and could use some minor cleaning or touch-ups, but it did not affect our overall experience.

They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with all of our queries. I particularly appreciated their assistance with receiving the packages I ordered and arranging for them to be redirected to my second accommodation after I checked out. The room service was also excellent, and the room was consistently kept clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The property’s proximity to the shopping district made the experience even more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and the exceptional service made it even more memorable.😊 − There can be a little waiting time for the lifts during peak hours, but this is a minor inconvenience that is easily outweighed by the overall excellent experience we had during our stay.
