I was really disappointed to know that the GYM is closed for 2 weeks with no prior notice + Breakfast is just at the mark − some items were without name of the food

Exceptional + The location is wonderful and hotel service is excellent! Service is in time if I ask for something. Hotel is very convenient for travelling no matter west lake scenic area or Xixi National Wetland Park. − No.

Superb + Amazing hotel, very spacious, beautiful and comfortable. The rooms are well equipped. − A hotel restaurant is very expensive, up a level from the hotel price range.

Good Location and comfortable + Stayed here for 3 nights for business in Hangzhou. Good location if you need to travel out of the city to the west or north of Hangzhou. Staff were friendly and helpful, English was limited. Breakfast was nice with good options, room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping seemed to be around 7am which was strange. Walking distance to some metro stations, not a lot of food around but the hotel restaurant was nice and there was a 7-11 around the corner. Some nice parks and lake area for walking nearby, quite peaceful for a large city. Would gladly stay again.
