Wont go back + Location was convenient for my purposes and the area is quite nice. − The staff at the desk and in the restaurants are not helpful. Food service is poor. Ordering food took a very long time and the breakfast offering was incredibly crowded and poor.

Vraiment pas terrible pour un 5 étoiles − L’hôtel en lui même est très beau et très agréable. Par contre il y a deux points qui sont pour moi catastrophique. La piscine… excusez moi mais la piscine avec un bonnet de bain obligatoire dans un hôtel 5 étoile c’est vraiment cheap… une piscine olympique presque… aussi j’ai eu le malheur d’oublier mon maillot de bain dans une douche et on ne l’a jamais retrouvé quel dommage… Le deuxième point : Le personnel de l’hôtel : 1h pour recevoir un room service, 1h également pour avoir du sel et du poivre. On a eu le temps de finir nos plat avant de les recevoir. Nous avons eu le malheur de demander du fromage sur nos pâtes nous l’avons reçu après 30min d’attente… et le plus drôle c’était la portion de fromage rapé ! Minuscule portion. Même une souris de s’en contenterai pas.. bref j’avoue être un peu déçu. Je vais au sheraton très souvent je n’y retournerai pas
