員工的服務比硬件更出色 + 整體上都滿意，只是房間有煙味，但係工作人員好快來處理，放置清新空氣機。另外前台員工Lunsun Chan (懂廣東話）非常之幫忙，在房間安排上盡量滿足我們，也提供很多住宿及旅遊的建議，酒店有這種員工真是你們的福氣，如果再來珠海我也會再次入住。

Nice Macau view hotel + Been this hotel for many times. It is very close to ferry terminal to Macau. Also the hotel got a nice view to see the Macau city view. All the staff are also friendly and professional. It is good choice for stay at Zhuhai with nice design hotel in the city.

Fantastic new hotel in Zhuhai + The hotel is very new, and it should have opened at about the same time as the Double Tree in Hengqin! The location is good and the view is marvelous, The sea view room can clearly see the Macau Tower and Macau city. There is a five-star Hilton facility and a five-star level of service at the hotel. The peak crowd management during breakfast hours is similar to that of other international five-star brands. Also, we observed managers from other departments helping with breakfast when the restaurant was fully occupied... This is what makes it stand out from other hotels or so-called five-star hotels... Well done, Hilton Zhuhai! I am very satisfied with this accommodation experience. I hope that the Hilton in Zhuhai can do a good job in all aspects of hotel maintenance (by the way, the Hilton in Futian, Shenzhen is really terrible to see, and the maintenance is so poor). My hope is that Hilton Zhuhai will maintain the Hilton standard both in hardware …

不是太好經歷 + 枕頭太矮太薄，瞓得唔好，早餐普通，比較其他附近五星就比下去了，其他都可以，但是這酒店可以住寵物，隔離房狗隻半夜呔不停，令我們更睡不好

A solid 8. + The steam room, jacuzzi and the room itself all nice. Staff generally pleasant. − Room service food was ridiculous, but can order out easily. Gym a bit limited but usable. One annoyance was a staff member at the pool area while I was trying to chill in the jacuzzi moving about and just being odd. Dude just go sit out of the way and stop being annoying. Vibe kill.

整個過程由訂房, 諮詢前台, 到達登記等等都很順暢。 前台及餐廳的人員服務態度很好, 十分有禮。 + 早餐不錯, 雖然選擇不是很多, 但是環境舒適, 窗邊位置還可以看到澳門旅遊塔。 − 泳池比較小, 而且有很多在上游泳課的人, 感覺不好
