Very Nice breakfast buffet + This hotel has very great rooms also the food in the restaurant it's very good the breakfast has variety of fresh food. service it's great no complains.this hotel it's good for bussines because it's inside the industrial park.not good for turism.

+ Overall is good- friendly staff, good service, big & clean room. Though not inconvenience as limited amenities, however there are buses and tram access to sightsee & city areas.

At home + Everything is good and studied for comfort and relax. Also the restaurant and breakfast are a strong points. The rooms, the materials, the light are very nice, and also bathroom with separations between wc and shower area is very good for family

New Hotel + The hotel is located at outskirt Suzhou and it is very new, which is only 2 months old. My room is big, comfortable and air conditioning is quiet. Hotel buffet breakfast is good but require improvements.

Splendid China Tour through Intertrips + This was one of our favorite hotels (out of 5 hotels) during our 10 day tour of China. Sadly, we were only there 1 night. We checked in late and checked out early...but it was blissful sleep and a wonderful breakfast. The room was very clean, smelled fresh and had a spa like bathroom. Very spacious and comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice and comfortable stay + We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. This hotel provides excellent service and comfort, our room is well layout, roomy, and clean; staff, particularly the front desk, is very efficient, helpful, and friendly; and food is good, many choices.

New Radisson Impresses from Start To Finish: Yes Try It. + The Radisson is a quality hotel. We visited on a UTO tour. It is not particularly well located for tourists. It’s in a technology park and other than a few restaurants it's pretty much on its own. I'm sure it's near perfect for the business traveler. The facilities are near first class. Plenty of quality materials used in the lobby and guest rooms. Our room itself was very well decorated, clean and well maintained. we had no issues with Service. The buffet was very good. This is a 100% western-style hotel. I would return without question to this quality property.

Ok. Nothing necessarily bad. + We stayed here on a 10 day trip across China. The room was comfortable, clean, and brightly colored. I loved the shower. It’s a newer hotel and there were a couple of bumps. There were complimentary tea and snacks in the lobby that needed to be replenished. There’s a convenient store on the premises. No one could answer specific questions. For instance, the hours of the store or if the spring rolls had any meat in them. We ordered room service. The food was good and the portions were more than enough.

absolutely fantastic + employees are great and always available for direction and any problems. hotel is extremely comfortable and the beds mattress are hard. room is decorated lovely very comfortable and bathroom is well equipped with everything from home. lobby is really nice and large

good hotel + nice people good services It will be nice to offer ordered western style food, more than the all you can eat, in the evening. In business travel, it is common to have a single visitor. Very good + Hotel staff are really nice, but my room smell like cigarettes. I asked the front desk to change my room immediately, the staff are really friendly and take care of my business right away.

Comfortable stay out of the busy city + The hotel is very decent and has all the necessary facilities while being clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds are clean and comfy and the bathrooms are spacious. They provide enough pillows for each bed and the rooms are very spacious. The breakfast was decent but some limiting options. It is walking distance from the tram station. This is the perfect hotel to be slightly out of the noisy city but does require travelling if you need to be in the city center. The wifi was good and easy to connect to − The hotel rooms are on a centrally controlled air condition and you are not able to make the rooms cooler even if you change it on the control panel. It was uncomfortably hot during the evenings. Rooms are not completely noise proof as you are able to hear people passing by in the corridor.
