+ Love the location, very convenient to go to the duty free mall for shopping next door . Love the Seaview from the room and the infinity pool at the top level . The hotel butler is very helpful ( NTS was amazing and very responsive too)

クロエさん、ありがとう！ + 英語が通じないことが多かったが、ホテルの外国人担当のエクスパートのクロエ(Chloe)さんがチェックイン、食事、アトラクション等のアテンドをしてくださり、また不明な点を質問すればいつでも答えてくれた（直接、またはWe Chatというアプリで）。プールが広く、４か所あり、プライベートビーチもある（海に毎日入れました。アジ系の地味な魚が少しいますが、シュノーケルスポットはない）。ベッドとパラソルは至る所にあり、いつでも寝ころべますが、メインプールとビーチサイドだけは空いていない時が多い。とにかく熱帯の島の高級ホテルで心ゆくまでゆったりできる。【アクセス】三亜市内から距離があるが、三亜鳳凰国際空港からホテルの無料の送迎バスがある。空港発11：00、14：30、16：00、19：00（時刻は要確認・要予約）。６番出口の道路を挟んだ北側の建物の１階がバスのパーキングロットになっており、そこにWESTINと書かれたバスが停まっていたが、案内はなく、運転士を含め英語が通じないので、注意が必要。【食事】朝食ビュフェはバラエティに富んでいる。ココナツミルクが蛇口から出る（飲み放題）。ホテルの隣が巨大なショッピングモールになっており、レストランも多い（ラーメンや寿司まである）。ショッピングモールにはホテルのバスも利用できるが、近道を通れば徒歩で５分もかからない。【海南島に行った理由】毎年、海外のビーチに行っていたが、円安で非常に高くなった。三亜には高級ホテルブランドが多く、宿泊費はハワイ同種ホテルの半額以下の感覚。私たちの支払った金額は沖縄の中堅リゾートホテル程度だった。大きな出費なしに海南島の高級ホテルで休暇をゆっくり過ごすのはありだと思う。 − 日本語はもちろん、英語が通じないのはストレス。クロエさんがアテンドしてくれて良かった。三亜では日本のクレジットカードが、ホテルを除き、使えなかった。中国の銀行に紐づいたカードでないと例えＶｉｓａやＭａｓｔｅｒでも使えないことが多い。

Would go again great food great location + We were met by Chloe who really was a fantastic help nothing was too much trouble. The pool was good especially where you could go paddle boarding, breakfast had plenty of options and was good quality. We also had a great meal in the Japanese restaurant where all the staff were friendly and attentive including the head chef − the spa bath in the room and the outside one didn't work, and the ones around the pool also didn't work. The greenery around the hotel is well maintained but lots of the property is starting to show signs of wear and really needs to be better maintained

对于睡眠浅的不推荐 + - 早餐、位置 - 预定的威斯汀家庭海景房，实际入住时关于孩子用品缺失、房间隔音差、衣服无法晾晒等问题，都经由管家及时沟通解决并给予了一定的补偿。 − - 对于2500+一晚的威斯汀家庭海景房，在办理入住时前台有说划浆板赠送，结果到了地方，工作人员非要收费，让其联系前台确认，一副爱答不理的样子。在与管家电话沟通的过程中，对方像“赏赐”似的让直接使用浆板（对方不想和管家确定，也不说收费了），完全不是这个价位五星级酒店该有的服务态度！本来应该是该酒店特色的娱乐项目，结果搞得很不愉快。

Amazing stay with good equipments, atmosphere and in particular, with the service of Chloe + We spent four days at the Westin Sanya after two days at the much busier and more hectic Atlantis, and the contrast was amazing. The Westin felt like a little piece of paradise. The resort is huge, beautifully designed and very well maintained. It is surrounded by lush greenery and beautifully landscaped gardens, with plants and green spaces everywhere. Everything feels carefully thought out and perfectly maintained, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Despite the size of the resort, it never felt crowded. There are plenty of spaces and little corners where you can relax and enjoy some privacy without feeling surrounded by other guests. The pool area is excellent and very well laid out. There is even a small artificial lazy river, which was great fun for the kids. They could play and enjoy themselves freely and safely while we could actually relax. The whole pool area …

+ 1、我们一家人每年都会来三亚海棠湾度假，连续好几次选择入住了威斯汀，感觉房间大小合适，地理位置合适。2、去年和今年年初从威斯汀入住之后都分别给酒店提了建议，认为早餐种类比较单调，希望能够考虑改善。这次暑假再去感觉确实有了一些改善，我觉得挺不错的，希望酒店可以继续加油。3、早餐每日提供到11：00，非常人性化。 − 1、希望中餐厅是否可以考虑价格调整，味道是非常不错的，但是感觉价格很贵。2、最近酒店附近有施工，有时候晚上比较吵，希望酒店能努力和工地沟通好。3、另外，泳池边的台球桌等，作为游客我们感觉它就像泳池一样，是提供给入住客人娱乐使用的，是房费的一部分，客人可以选择使用或者不使用，而不要再单独收费了。真心希望酒店能够考虑我们这些回头客的建议。再次感谢。4、泳池边的沙滩自助晚餐感觉没有以前好。

+ Отличное месторасположение и пляж, который находится рядом с отелем. Территория отеля большая: есть несколько бассейнов и теннисный корт, а также проводятся различные мероприятия, как для детей, так и для взрослых. Несколько вариантов завтраков, еда разнообразная. Персонал был очень дружелюбен и приветлив, пытаясь разрешить любые возникающие вопросы. С момента бронирования с нами связалась менеджер - Хлоя, которая помогла нам с планированием приезда и дальнейшим проживанием. Хочется отметить высокое стремление персонала сделать наше пребывание наиболее комфортным. Планируем повторное посещение данного отеля.

Excellent holiday at Westin Sanya + I do not normally post reviews but am compelled to this time to emphasise the wonderful stay and holiday we had at Westin Sanya, from facilities to staff and location. A special mention of Chloe who was proactive and great help throughout our stay, making contact prior to our arrival to discuss requirements such as airport pick up and individual preferences. − All was great.

Fantastischer Kurzurlaub + Sehr schöne große Poollandschaft, Zimmer sehr groß, das Customer Service Konzept ist sehr gut - unsere Ansprechpartnerin Natascha war sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war fantastisch − Viele Mitarbeiter, auch an der Rezeption konnten kein Englisch - ein no-go für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, die Zimmer waren oberflächlich sehr sauber - in den Ecken und auf dem Teppich wurde schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt
