Nice hotel near West Lake + Great hotel. Good location a short walk from West Lake. Superb room with every possible amenity. Very impressed. Excellent buffet breakfast with Western options. Very pleasant staff. Highly recommended. − Slightly disappointed with the evening dinner menu. Food was fine but portions were a bit small and dishes were not served together. No dessert menu - only fruit.

Recommended nice and comfortable hotel in Hangzhou + Well located in Hangzhou down-town. Beautiful renovated building, very colourful with comfortable and modern rooms. The breakfast is delicious. Friendly and helpful staff. − Dinner at the hotel remains very expensive given the poor quality of the menu and food. Very disappointing! The bed is not cosy, very hard mattress.
