The room size was spacious, clean, and provided a relaxing atmosphere that made my stay truly enjoyable. One of the best things about the room was that the mini bar was included, which was a nice added bonus. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Yannes, who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service during my stay. When we realized that we had left some important documents in the hotel room after we had already departed and arrived back in Hong Kong, we were worried that we would not be able to get them back in time. However, due to the importance of the documents, courier companies were unable to accept the order. Nightmare at MGM − My partner and I were woken up at 5am by the lack of air con, and couldn't go back to sleep. When we left the hotel room at 8:30am, I called front desk, and left a clear message to have the air con fixed. I returned to the hotel at close to 11pm, and walked into a very warm room, though the thermostat reading was 18.5 degrees C. So I called the hotel front desk manager, who arrived with housekeeping staff, who brought along a handheld thermostat at my request. It showed a room temperature of 26.5 degrees Celsius. The staff ended up having a heated argument with us, claiming that they did what was required. No apologies whatsoever. After 30 minutes, we were offered either an upgrade, or have an engineer over to fix the air con. It was 11:30pm, and we had a long day. We were utterly disappointed with the service, and the defensive attitude of the staff. We were not prepared to pack up and move to another room at close to midnight, when we would be checking out the…

Great service, good standard accommodation, amazing views and little extras, left luggage no issue, checkout 1hr later t + High standard in the middle of Macau! Pool, casino, shops (high end), spa, amazing views − Wish we’d booked MGM COATAI as more things like coffee shop etc but still great!
