    − 入住check in 時櫃檯人員表情不悅，很厭世 Check out後請櫃檯人員幫我們叫車到機場，說上面有員工可以幫我們叫車，後來上G層告訴員工請他們幫我們叫車我們要大的車去機場，一直不回答我們可不可以，只有一直叫我們去排隊去排隊，我們想要確認是不是可以幫我們叫到車？沒辦法回答我們的問題，只叫我們排隊，讓我們感到很焦慮不安。
