+ This hotel feels high end. The place was clean. Room was large. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was surprised of how good quality and affordable everything was. 5 stars for a fair price. − I loved everything.

+ Das Hotel war schon ansprechend. Leider war abends ein Event und das Restaurant geschlossen. Es wurde bis spät in die Nacht sehr laut auf der Terrasse und im Garten, sogar Fussball gespielt. Unser Zimmer war im 1. Stock genau darüber. Da am Tag des Events schon das Restaurant auch für Frühstück gesperrt war gab es ein sehr kleines Frühstück im 5.Stock, aber weder ein Omelette noch Spiegelei gab es.

Ridiculous cancelation policy + Nothing − Rocks hotel told me booking.com canceled my stay due to no show. Booking.com told me Rocks Hotel canceled my booking due to no show. In typhoon. No internet, traveling through continents. Ridiculous. Don’t book at rocks hotel ever, they are as bad as booking.com, no one offered any help in finding alternatives.
