I think the place is extremely well maintained, and the staff are very helpful. I am overall very impressive by experien + I love the fact that the place is very detailed at high class. The staff took good care of my wife knowing that she might have burned her finger. In the next morning, they would even ask how her hand. − Outside of the fact that they do not have shuttle bus to major tourist area, or to the ferry or airport. Otherwise, the place is all right.

It was a great stay and I would definitely come again! + It was a spacious room that was very clean and well-kept. The location was convenient near the ferry port and the staff were all very helpful and kind.

We won't go back + The vibe − The room contains smoke smell even though we booked a non-smoking room. The breakfast is very average. The convenience store downstairs is such a rip off.

Reasonable Price + We came back to Macau this month from Canada, and we chose again Harbourview Hotel. As it was cheaper compared to other hotels in Macau. As usual the expectation was the same the service of the same bellman. He was so attentive and helpful. The reception was good as well as the housekepping. We will choose again Harbourview if we are going to comabck Macau.

Hotel aux chambres spacieuses proche outer ferry terminal + Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables − L eau de la piscine est trop froide. Le buffet de petit déjeuner ne contient que très peu d’éléments sucrés: pas de pancakes, pas de fruits. Les jus de fruits sont chimiques.

Great hotel and excellent staff + My friend and I had a wonderful time at the Harbourview hotel, where we stayed for 2 nights. It was conveniently located opposite Sands hotel, making it easy to use the hotel free shuttle to travel around the city. We would like to thanks Jed from the concierge team who consistently showed us exceptional service. He offered helpful advice on navigating the city and suggested some great restaurants too. Overall, we enjoyed staying here and would definitely back again in the future .
