Comfortable and pleasant stay + The hotel is conveniently located outside the city center while still offering easy access to the subway and a connected shopping mall. Overall, the property is clean, well-maintained, and provides a comfortable and pleasant stay. The in-room laundry facilities are a particularly valuable convenience. The buffet breakfast offers a good variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, providing plenty of options. The staff are responsive and attentive. In particular, an older gentleman working as a front-door attendant went out of his way to ensure that our ride-hailing driver did not miss the entrance, which was greatly appreciated. − While the property is generally well kept, some areas of the room and certain appliances are beginning to show signs of wear and age.

Отель не соответствует действительности − Обслуживание в отеле отвратительное. При бронирование я указала ранний заезд. По факту мы приехали в указанное утреннее время 7:00 утра. На ресепшен нас зарезервировала специалист отела и сказала, что заселение по 14:00. Я объяснила, что указывала ранний заезд при бронировании, она проверила и дала нам ключи от номера. При этом взяла с нас 500 юаней залог, что не было указано при условиях бронирования. Очень странно для пяти звездочного отеля брать залог, за что не понятно?! Специалист ресепшен извинилась и сказала, что мы можем сходить на завтрак. Мы поднялись в номер, оставили чемоданы и спустились на завтрак. При входе на завтрак нас записали, пропустили. Мы сели за стол, подошла дама этой столовой и сказала, что мы можем завтракать с завтрашнего дня. У китайцев культ еды и они ни когда не обделяют едой, а тут ……. В этом отеле мы жили 2 суток. Номер убирали плохо. Пол липкий. Мебель обшарпана. На завтраках проблема, постоянно всё пустое. Ощ…

Two bedrooms with their own large bathrooms, a lot of space in the living section with the kitchen area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts with a good selection of dishes, both Asian and European kitchens covered. The location is great as well, the room had a superb panoramic view of the city, and there's a shopping mall with a food court in the building. This was really the stay I enjoyed the most compared to other hotels I visited so far. − So this was an odd one and never happened with any other hotel. When I checked in, the hotel pre-authorized a charge on my card according to the price of the room plus a security deposit. So far so good, pretty much expected. What wasn't expected though was that when I checked out the hotel charged my card once again for the price of the room only BUT didn't cancel the initial charge that remained on hold. Effectivel…
