Old-fashioned-bit rundown-low price to value- good location + Overvalued hotel , that does not deliver what it promises on its website, images .. Pretty rundown facilities, last-time renovation seems at least 20 years ago .. broken furniture , moldy bathroom .. it all needs a thorough modernisation effort to Make it update to date and priceworthy again. On the positive side : good location, you can visit Almost everything by foot.

− Although it was a Holiday Inn the staff spoke hardly any English. I am from Hong Kong but I do not speak Putonghua. When my wife Hong Kong Alipay didn't work I asked the Hotel to refund the balance of the deposit to me by cash so that I can pay for the taxi, but the hotel sid it cannot be done. In the end we phoned our friend in Kwunming and they got a Didi for us. The front desk was totally unhelpful to assist us to solve this problem. I am disappointed with the service. As an international brand hotel, it is their business to ensure that the front desk staff can speak simple English!
