Un séjour de qualité + Comme l'année dernière, notre séjour au Crowne Plaza Center hotel de Kunming nous a enchanté. Cette fois-ci, nous sommes restés 15 jours. La qualité de l'accueil de l'ensemble du personnel est incomparable. Des félicitations spéciales à Jack, qui reste une personne exceptionnelle, ainsi qu'à Erzan et Ada qui étaient au petit soin pour nous. Un grand merci aussi à Judith, Lucy, Quentin, et tous ceux dont je n'ai pas retenu le prénom, mais qui ont grandement participé à notre bien-être. Du personnel de ménage jusqu'au Responsable, ils sont tous au top ! Il suffit parfois d'un simple sourire pour vous donner le sentiment d'être chez vous N'hésitez pas à y séjourner, vous ne serez pas déçus. Nous avons déjà décidé d'y revenir l'année prochaine ! − Pas de points négatifs.

The location is good, the lobby is welcoming, the breakfast was wonderful and the concierge staff was very helpful. Howe + Location is good and the lobby hall is welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and front desk staff was all helpful. − I found the room lighting not convenient and my room Aircon didn’t work properly for 3 out of 4-night stay. My family experience with the food at the restaurant at 4th floor is not positive. The food seemed not fresh as we expected from a 5-star restaurant.
