+ Everything was amaizing at this boutique hotel . It is a family business and all of them are so kind, so helpful, so friendly. The room, the pool and the sauna was very clean and functional. The breakfast was good, well prepaired and served in a living room in a relaxing zen atmosphere. We were treated with respect. We definitely recommend this small, but cozzy hotel. You will feel there like royals.

לא נעים ולא שווה שקל + שירותים אוטומטיים − למרות שיש מתקנים מפנקים לכאורה בחדר, החדר לא נעים. הבריכה היא רק קישוט קרה תמיד וחימום לוקח 4 שעות. מים חמים לא היו במקלחת. הצוות זה משפחה שגרה במלון. החדר קר ואין חימום. חבל להתאכזב.

Lovely little stay + It was close to everything! Location is great. Can tell it’s a family run hotel. They were so lovely. The room was huge and we had our own Sauna! Pool was freezing and you can pay to have heated but it was cold in da lat anyway so we didn’t bother with the pool. − No gym or restaurant but they do breakfast in the adorable dining room at the back.

Je recommande + Bien situé, beaucoup d'équipements, personnel très présent et qui fait tout pour pallier à la barrière de la langue. Pour ma part, je n'ai pas payé le gardiennage pour mon sac (je précise car j'ai vu des commentaires indiquant le contraire). La piscine n'est pas chauffée (il faut payer) mais personnellement, ça ne m'a pas refroidi, au contraire vu les températures extérieures, c'était appréciable. − Pas certaine que la théière était propre, la baignoire était encore pleine de savon et le gel lavant pour les mains était vide.

By far our favorite hotel in Vietnam! + The room was super clean and spacious, it was like having your own apartment. The sauna is a great luxury not available at any other hotel we have stayed in the country. The pool water is a little cold but it’s actually great for a dip after soaking in the sauna, and it could be heated as well to a hot spring level for a few. The location is very quiet and peaceful yet still a 10 minute walk from city center. Perfect for couples who are looking for a nice quiet corner. The staff is a wonderful family who take care of any request quickly and with a smile. Even though we didn’t have the breakfast there are plenty of à la carte options to choose from and the meals are made after sitting down in the dining room.

+ we've stayed in this gorgeous hotel for two days and we're absolutely satisfied. The room has everything you need and more: its own swimming pool and sauna. Breakfast is tasty. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. We loved this hotel and will definitely visit it, when we are back to Dalat. We wish all the best and prosperity this family − nothing to say

Overall, the location of the hotel was great and made it easy to explore the area. Despite a few issues with the accommo + The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the lake. Breakfast was good, although the choices were quite limited. We were also disappointed that we had to negotiate just to have both a juice and a coffee included with breakfast, which seemed unnecessary and took away from the overall experience. − Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the property down. The pool wasn’t heated, and we were surprised to find there was an additional charge if we wanted it heated. The hotel was also very noisy, and from our bedroom we could clearly hear the owners in the kitchen cleaning up. Housekeeping could have been more attentive, as basic items such as toilet paper weren’t replenished and we had to request more. There was also no shampoo provided in the room, only soap. Absolutely awesome + One of the most amazing rooms I have ever booked we had a sauna bath huge shower and bed and a pool it was amazing − I liked everything i would only suggest that they have some instructions in English to help us use the room facilities e.g. toilet and safe
